Dealt with David and Carlos to buy a new Highlander. Both very professional and flexible on the deal in order to get us into a new car. We took our car in for its required service, the only problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain num problem was it was past its 2 year free service by about 2 months. We were unaware that it was a two year limit and thought it was for a certain number of services. Talked with the service manager and explained our confusion and our mistake. He understood and granted us the service. The service people are simply wonderful.. They are quick, efficient and extremely polite. We will be back, thank you for your service. More
