I was sold an extended service plan and was told that replacement of the PCV valve would be covered under that plan. Fast forward to the end of the term and they wanted to charge me $549.88 to replace t replacement of the PCV valve would be covered under that plan. Fast forward to the end of the term and they wanted to charge me $549.88 to replace the PCV that should have been done at 60,000 miles, now at 80,000 miles and out of warranty and they want to charge me for it. I called and spoke with the service manager and he said he was going to talk to the GM and I would get a call back. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing. Typical dealer bait and switch. xxxxty for them because they lost a customer. Buyer beware. More
