The service consultants/representatives are always most courteous and usually on top of things. I do have one gripe: When I take my car for a wash, the windshield all too frequently has bug remaims still o courteous and usually on top of things. Bob was very helpful on our test drive and in introducing us to the screen and using it to communicate with the vehicle. I find the screen location and size to be poor since it interferes with visibility us to the screen and using it to communicate with the vehicle. I find the screen location and size to be poor since it interferes with visibility compared to our 2018 Highlander and has many features that we as seniors will probably not use. We're happy with our RAV Prime; especially the plug in feature and it's convenience for easy daily use in our garage. More
