Always so kind and helpful. I am always happy that is where I bought my vehicle. This is 4 now and I wouldn’t buy anywhere else for new Toyota where I bought my vehicle. This is 4 now and I wouldn’t buy anywhere else for new Toyota More

Despite the global chip shortage, with patience potential buyers can ultimately find the car they are looking for. Steve's Hometown sales people have stayed with me for the past few months and I appreciate their persistence, but I recently found a Tacoma Limited locally and paid MSRP. The chip shortage has hurt everyone, especially car sales in the past year. No doubt the lots have a dearth of inventory. Some dealerships like Hometown are recuperating losses with strategies that prey on desperate buyers and apply euphemistic terms like ‘market adjustment’ and ‘mark up.’ When the global crisis ends and it will end, people will remember the dealerships who took advantage of potential customers and avoid patronizing them. They will also remember the dealerships that resisted such undignified practices and will take their business there. More
Sent an email requesting info on a Subaru I was interested in. After looking everything over, I sent another email asking if there is annything I should be aware of before driiving over 100 miles t interested in. After looking everything over, I sent another email asking if there is annything I should be aware of before driiving over 100 miles to check it out. They sent a return email saying the heater and AC are broken. When I responded to that, their reply was: "Why do you think it's listed under Blue Book? LOL. We'd love to sell you something else" Bait and Switch with insults. More
I understand that times are crazy and I also understand the concept of supply and demand. However, I received a quote of MSRP plus documentation fees from TrueCar.com but this dealership would not accept the concept of supply and demand. However, I received a quote of MSRP plus documentation fees from TrueCar.com but this dealership would not accept it. They stayed that all cars sell for at least $2000.00 over MSRP. Of the dealership can get that price, I say good for them and I have no problem with them trying to get as much profit as they can. What I am angry about is that they shouldn't have a business relationship with TrueCar if they are not going to honor their commitment. I don't know if the dealership messed up or TrueCar but measures should be taken to correct any future mistakes such as this. More
I was able to get an appointment for service the next day when by normal dealer wouldn't even try to work with me to get me in any sooner than 1 month out. The service department was terrific in keeping me when by normal dealer wouldn't even try to work with me to get me in any sooner than 1 month out. The service department was terrific in keeping me informed and working with me in saving money and getting everything I need for my vehicle to keep me safe on the road. I recommend this dealer to everyone 👌 More
Worked with Mike via email and found the 4Runner I wanted that they had coming in in a few weeks. Got down to there wanting to see my trade in. Took my 2007 4Runner over to them. I live 45 minutes away. We g that they had coming in in a few weeks. Got down to there wanting to see my trade in. Took my 2007 4Runner over to them. I live 45 minutes away. We got to a agreed upon trade value. After a few back and forth we settled on a price which I signed for. Low and behold the sales manager came out and told me there had been a mixup the cost I agreed to was for a different 4Runner that didn’t have what I wanted. Beware bait and switch. Mike offered before I came over to pay for my gas. But when they switched cars no gas no apology. Very disappointed in this dealership. More
