After a terrible experience trying to buy a Tundra TRD Pro from another dealership, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Hometown Toyota completely changed that. I reached out on a Saturday to inquire about a TRD Pro and asked for an out-the-door price. My sales representative, Trent, got that information to me right away, and we began negotiating from there. Shane, the sales manager, worked with me to put together a fantastic deal. Since I live in Seattle, WA, I flew in to complete the purchase. Trent went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport—still about an hour from the dealership. During the drive we had a great conversation and even discovered we share the same birthday! Once we arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. The paperwork was started promptly, and despite already having a pre-approved loan, the finance team was able to beat my interest rate, which made a meaningful difference in my monthly payment.
