I asked, no up sales, no haggling, no razzle dazzle. You have the rig I want, I'll pay asking. Send me the purchase packet, I'll pay for it before I fly in to pick it up. I want to spend :15 minutes at your dealership and be wheels up for home in SLC. Delivery day came, our flight got in 26 minutes early. Junior our sales guy, was curbside and picked us up in Boise as we walked out of the terminal. I bound the Tacoma with our insurance on the drive from the airport and eMailed the proof of insurance to Junior as he drove us to Ontario. Matt from finance met us as we were taking our seat belts off. I handed him his signed documents he overnighted me. We began the delivery inspection. Three minutes later Matt handed me my documents back and two key fobs. "You're good to go." The Tacoma was immaculate. I had it inspected by a mechanic friend from Nampa the week before. Junior took our picture, and thirteen minutes in, we buckled up and left for home. Not only was the teamwork amazing, the vehicle was as described, no surprises. Honest consistent communication from all divisions, a rock solid deal which CANNOT be found ANYWHERE in Salt Lake City dealerships. Straight forward, honest, friendly people throughout Steve's Hometown Toyota's process. AND our 2023 Tacoma SR5 SX 4x2 delivered us 438 miles, home with 1/8th of their tank of gas to spare. It averaged 22 MPG at 80+ MPH, rode Cadillac smooth, was Ritz Carlton comfortable with 38 degree his and his controlled A/C, quiet as a library inside and a sheer pleasure to drive. I could not be more impressed. I have owned 16 GM vehicles. Today, I am a Toyota guy. And if I ever need another one I'll be buying it from Steve's Hometown Toyota, 438 miles away from home, you should too. More

Dealerships is not transparent with their vehicle pricing and financing. They don't show you or discuss additional costs until your in finance and even them unless you catch it and question they do not revi and financing. They don't show you or discuss additional costs until your in finance and even them unless you catch it and question they do not review it. They charge for thing they "can not remove or are part of the vehicle equipment split cost". Things like Brake Star, TMIS maintenence. These are thousands of dollars more. I would not buy from them again. More

Steve's hometown Toyota is a wonderful place to do business. When I go for my maintenance, a service person meets us at my car door, greets me by name and discusses what they'll be doing and off I go business. Service seldom takes more than 30 mint, unless t they come back with some additional work that should be done. It's always a pleasure going there. Very polite employees too. More
