The transmission in my 2019 Colorado was “Shuddering” and research indicates that flushing, replacing the filter and and adding upgraded fluids should help. There is a major problem with the communication at this dealership in the service department. I always had to call to get updates even though I was told someone would call me back. When I scheduled the a dealership in the service department. I always had to call to get updates even though I was told someone would call me back. When I scheduled the appointment the service department only put me down for an oil change even though I told them over the phone that I had several other issues that needed to be looked at. When I asked for a loaner vehicle they said they didn’t have any. My pickup was there for about 3 weeks - it’s still not entirely fixed. I was also told that they would top off my Def when it was serviced but they didn’t do that either. I hope that the service that was done was done correctly but in the future I won’t be taking my pickup back there for a service anymore. More
