Steve White Volkswagen Audi - Greenville - Service Center

I brought my 2007 VW Passat Wagon into Steve White for a routing 40,000 mile service. Derrick was my service advisor this time and I had not worked with him in the past. The last time I visited, my problem was not solved (I had a slow leak in a tire and they couldn't find the source - eventually a tire dealer found that there was a hole on the inside and fixed it). Needless to say, I wasn't expecting anything too extraordinary, but they've always done a decent job, so in it went. I told him when I made the appointment that I thought I had a coupon. Come to find out, my coupons weren't for the service I was getting, but he still gave me a 10% discount on my service which saved me over $40. My car was ready earlier than promised and when I arrived he told me they had gone ahead and fixed two things that were under warranty until 50,000 miles. The coating on the lock and window buttons had bubbled up and was peeling off. I didn't mention the last few times I was there because I figured it either couldn't be fixed or wasn't covered. He was proactive, knowing that it was a problem with my make/model, saw that it had happened, and had it fixed for me free of charge - what a delightful surprise. I've always been generally satisfied with my service there, but this experience was fantastic. More

The customer service at Steve White is phenomenal. They are always very friendly and helpful. I brought in my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta for warranty work on the catalytic converter. The service employee that I dealt with (Neil) was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get as much work done as poss on the catalytic converter. The service employee that I dealt with (Neil) was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get as much work done as possible with as little cost as possible. I also had my timing belt replaced and was shocked at how competitive their prices were compared to the private mechanic that I have dealt with in the past. A++ More
