Disappointing this visit. Made an appointment for an oil change service in advance. Waited 2 1/2 hours with no explanation. Was told 1 1/4 hours. They are always very friendly and helpful and they get the service done in a timely manner. They even washed my car for me! (it had been driven on a dirt road) $198 to drain and fill up the transmissio the service done in a timely manner. They even washed my car for me! (it had been driven on a dirt road) $198 to drain and fill up the transmission sounds pretty high to me. But at least I know they do it right and stand behind the work. (there's also no where else to go... They have to reset the computer on transmission service jobs and other shops don't have the equipment.) It's a good thing I love my volkswagen. More
