The Best VW Dealer I've Visited I was on vacation in SC when I needed service. I stopped by Steve White to see if they would be able to work me in as i did not have an appointment. W I was on vacation in SC when I needed service. I stopped by Steve White to see if they would be able to work me in as i did not have an appointment. When I pulled up, I was promptly greated at my car by a greater. She welcomed me to the dealership and asked for my name. I told her I didn't have an appointment and explained my situation. She told me they were booked solid for the day but took me inside with her to ask. They were able to get me taken care of within the hour. The greater showed me to the waiting room and the complimentary drinks and snacks. My car was finished when promised and returned to me cleaned and vacuumed. This was by far the best service on my VW ever! I just wish they were located in KY where I live or were a few miles closer as I'd drive hours for this kind of service! More

Great experiance at time of purchase BUT!!!!!! Salesman was very helpful at time of purchase was told they needed to get the car we wanted from another dealer and there were 2 they had locked in, s Salesman was very helpful at time of purchase was told they needed to get the car we wanted from another dealer and there were 2 they had locked in, so we bought the car on Friday and the car would be ready to pick up on Tuesday, Monday i emailed the salesman to find out the VIN so i was able to set up my insurance heard nothing back from the salesman called Tuesday to inquire about when i would be able to pick up the car or get a VIN # was told they were very busy and would let me know the car they had for me and should be able to pick it up on Wednesday well its Wednesday and haven't heard a word from the dealership only an email for this review. Seems to me that he only cares about selling the cars and not caring about following up on the ones he has sold ,the dealership should be a little more caring about customer service not just selling the car and leaving the customer wondering what is happening with the one i have spent a lot of money on. More
