His extract words was "We have been in business for a long time and performance is what we do." Now here's the really messed up part, I even for for DODGE!!! And he still wouldnt help me on out!!! I would never call them again nor buy anything from them. If that's how they treat fellow dodge employees, ill take my business to else where. More

Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple oil change. I was told by service rep "The guys were picking up trash" and were not available to change my oil. I could make an appointment and come back later. SO, Trash takes a higher priority than paying customers at this dealership. Nothing Express about this place. I was also there to talk about trading for a newer Jeep but if this is the service treatment I could expect I will pass ...... I will definitely find another dealer to do business with! More

Not performing services that they say they are doing. I have names of who I dealt with each time in this incident, but have left the names out of my review. Was to have my vehicle back 3 hours later. They were supposed to replace a fuel door which is about 45 minutes, and they were to diagnose a cylinder 2 misfire engine code that showed up 50 miles after my last service when they updated the PCM. They told me they had to do a compression/leak down test on cylinder #2 and it would be a couple hours later that what my pickup time should have been. 4 hours after my pickup time I was able to get my Jeep back. They had my vehicle for 7 +hours. The engine compartment looks like no one touched anything. They claim it is a 1-2 hour job to do the compression test, but it is really like a one hour job. The day after my service I contacted the dealership to talk to the service manager, and my calls were never returned. I also posted on their website asking for someone to contact me, and they never did. Finally 13 days later, I got someone to call me back and I eventually asked them for the paperwork of what was done during this compression test so I can take my vehicle to get a second opinion. Once I asked to be able to go get a second opinion I was told the Service Manager wanted to talk to me about my case. I was on hold for over 30 minutes that time, then I was told that the Service Manager would call me back. About 2.5 hours later the Service Manager called me back, and told me that since I do not have confidence in their diagnosis, that it would be best if I took my vehicle to another dealership to get my service done. They have basically blacklisted me from this dealership, because I requested to go get a second opinion and wanted my original paperwork and test results to compare the new diagnosis to. More
I was very impressed by the service dept. at Steve Whites. I did not buy my vehicle at this location but they excepted my vehicle for service because the place where I purchased my vehicle at could n Whites. I did not buy my vehicle at this location but they excepted my vehicle for service because the place where I purchased my vehicle at could not fix it. They were very polite and call me before they fixed my vehicle to let me know what was going on with it and also to tell me what was wrong an estimated time of how long it would take to fix it. I was very satisified with the service and the fixing of my vehicle. I even ask if I could bring it to them if I had any other problems with it instead of taking it to the dealership that I bought it at and they said sure. Mrs. Brooks was a very nice and curtious person and spoke to me on the phone like a professional which I appreciate a lot. Everyone else was professional and spoke in a professional manner in the service dept. Thank you for all you do for us as Mopar owners. More
This dealership is a well-known performance-oriented dealership with an excellent Service Department. I purchased a set of Mopar Stage 1 springs for my 2012 Challenger from Asst. Service Manager Luke Vi dealership with an excellent Service Department. I purchased a set of Mopar Stage 1 springs for my 2012 Challenger from Asst. Service Manager Luke Vigneault and had them installed at the Steve White dealership Service Department as there is not a shop in my area that I was comfortable with as the wheel alignment is critical when the lowering springs are installed on these cars. I also had a set of factory fog lights installed while I was there since my Challenger did not come with them. Note that I drove from my home in the Atlanta, GA area to Steve White Motors in Newton, NC which is 260 miles away. To say that I was pleased with my parts and service experience would be an understatement. Brooks, my Service Advisor, was wonderful. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional and was a pleasure to work with. She made me feel "at home" while I was waiting for the work to be done which took a few hours but took less time than I expected. And Luke, the Assistant Parts Manager, was equally enjoyable and professional. He is a die-hard "car guy" and spent a lot of time with me "talking cars". Luke also happens to be Brooks' father. The drive home was great, the car drove perfectly. The service department techs did a great job. This was a perfect service experience and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. At such time that I replace my Challenger with a new one I will find out if Steve White's Sales Department is as good as the Service and Parts Departments. !f so, it will be worth the 520 mile round trip! I had a mishap with a transmission component while traveling through North Carolina. I had to have my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 towed to the dealership on a Sunday. I left my keys in the drop box with a b traveling through North Carolina. I had to have my 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 towed to the dealership on a Sunday. I left my keys in the drop box with a brief explanation of the problem. When I showed up at the dealership on Monday (7:30 am Memorial Day), Ms. Vignealt was already reviewing my case and entering data into the work-order database. My truck was brought into the maintenance bay right away and the service folks diagnosed and corrected the problem and had me back on the road by 11:00 am. All personnel I encountered were courteous and friendly. I truly appreciate the 5 Star program that Dodge has in place. Thanks for the making what could have been a harrowing experience in to a good one. Paul J. Kizinkiewicz More
Brooks was very professional in the way she handled our service issue. She took extra time to see my vehicle had the proper service it needed to correct our wheel/tire problem. We had been going to anoth service issue. She took extra time to see my vehicle had the proper service it needed to correct our wheel/tire problem. We had been going to another dealership service dept (Lake Norman) and they seemed to talk over my wife and did not hear what the problem was that she wqas trying to convey. After a few visits and no resolution we came to Steve White where we ran into Brooks that helped us out tremendously. I recommend Steve White and Brooks as a place for sales and service!! Thanks guys!! More
