Would NEVER recommend this dealership I wish I had a better review to write; but this was the WORST dealership I have ever been too and have had nothing but issues with my brand new Cherok I wish I had a better review to write; but this was the WORST dealership I have ever been too and have had nothing but issues with my brand new Cherokee that I purchased in February 2016. Let's start from the beginning. My husband and I went in to just look for new cars that to purchase for me as we have a baby on the way. We said we were interested in a 4 cylinder because of gas mileage- well the sales person brought a V6 and said I would have the same gas mileage as the 4 cylinder with more get up and go. We got in the car to test drive it- the gas light was on. Instead of putting gas into the vehicle, the sales person had us drive 1.5 miles on our test drive thinking that was enough on our part. My husband fell in love with the looks of the Cherokee- me on the other hand very skeptical. My husband started talking negotiations after we had left and we had verbal/text message pricing and a trade in value for my car I would be trading in. Well, 2 days later due to work schedules and weekends we go in to sign papers. Come to find out- they didn't honor my supplier discount from my work and gave me 750.00 less on my trade in.... oh but they threw in window visors that totaled 150.00! I knew right then and there I should have backed out!!!!!!!! (Strike 1) Here were are 1.5 weeks later and a check engine light comes on saying the start/stop module wasn't functioning properly. We call the service department and they said that it may be just adjusting to my driving habits/ being driven and not sitting on the lot but I should give it a little bit longer and see if it continues to happen. Well I gave it 2.5 weeks and it happened EVERY DAY multiple times a day. Service trip #1- I make an appt and drop it off at 830am. I say I'm not waiting in the Dealership, but I'm waiting for the car to be finished in town because I live almost 30 minutes away. I wait and wait and finally call around 1045 to check the status- no update. I call back at 1115- no update. I finally go up to the dealership and on my paperwork but service advisor (Brooks) had wrote on my paper contact after 1pm!!!!! Um hello, I told you I was waiting for it to be done because I don't live around here. (Strike 2) She then proceeds to tell me that they reflashed the computer but they have to replace a part and it "should be" delivered in less than a week but they will call me to confirm. I schedule an appt to replace the module 2 weeks later just in case; but still said I would like a confirmation phone call to verify the part had come in so again I don't waste my time.... They never called- so I didn't make the drive... would you? A month later, with the issue still happening every day multiple times a day and NEVER receiving a phone call from the Service Adviser, I finally called- " her response "you're on my list of people to call whose parts are in"... oh well thanks for the information. I scheduled an appointment to drop off my vehicle with no rental available even though it was warranty what I was having done. I pick it back up and I am 700 feet from the dealership and the check engine light comes on again! I call her and she is "shocked that would happen" but it was definitely all fake. They weren't going to have any vehicles for a rental until the following week. Luckily I was going out of town and my car was going to sit there so it didn't make a huge deal. So here we are on the 3rd service visit dropping off my vehicle on Monday night, I get a call 3 days later on Friday stating the technician has had to open a case with Chrysler because they don't know how to fix it and neither does Chrysler. Mind you, again, I am not 5.5 months pregnant and being told theres a major issue with your car but we can't fix it..... oh no big deal! My husband and I go up to the Dealership on Saturday exploring our options. Mark the VP of Customer Relations told us to call Chrysler ourselves and open a case due to lemon law in NC after the 3rd time its been in a shop. He told us we needed to play hardball but do what they tell us to and cooperate. So I did. Magically the service department called me the next Monday and said my car will be fixed and they'd call me when I can pick it up. They called Tuesday or Wednesday (can't remember exactly) and magically my car had been fixed. The case manager at Chrysler called me and I told him what Brooks had said about my car and the Chrysler case manager said "do not pick up your car we do not have record of it being fixed or validating the fix". Ok fine by me I'll keep driving this V8 gas guzzling mini van a few more days. Well, here is when the fun stuff happened! I've followed every direction Chrysler has given me and Mark the VP of customer relations. So when Chrysler said don't pick up your vehicle I didn't....Well, the dealership didn't like that idea. They called and text messaged me threatening to report the rental vehicle stolen (I still have the text messages from Mark and the General Manager Luke) as well as the voicemails. Apparently my safety isn't there concern and they just wanted their rental vehicle back. Well, here I am 3 weeks roughly after picking up the vehicle and it still has major mechanical issues- Clearly they didn't fix anything! Still in talks with Chrysler themselves, but here I am paying on a vehicle I don't drive because its never been properly fixed....but its my fault! More

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD I've bought around 20 new cars over the years. I have NEVER had more of a headache buying a new car than I have with this dealership. The sales person I've bought around 20 new cars over the years. I have NEVER had more of a headache buying a new car than I have with this dealership. The sales person had NO clue what he was doing. The customer service is terrible and my paperwork had to be redone 3 times. Usually a car dealership knows more about selling a car than the person purchasing. Not in this case. Save yourself a headache and buy from a dealership that actually wants to sell you a car. This dealership is completely unprofessional. I will never purchase anything from there again. I will actually be contacting the owner to complain.TERRIBLE!!!!!! More
Extremely Poor Customer Service! Extremely Poor Customer Service! I Have had Jeeps for over 20 years this place is by far the worst. Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple Extremely Poor Customer Service! I Have had Jeeps for over 20 years this place is by far the worst. Stopped at the "Express Service Lane" for simple oil change. I was told by service rep "The guys were picking up trash" and were not available to change my oil. I could make an appointment and come back later. SO, Trash takes a higher priority than paying customers at this dealership. Nothing Express about this place. I was also there to talk about trading for a newer Jeep but if this is the service treatment I could expect I will pass ...... I will definitely find another dealer to do business with! More

Best place to buy a Dodge from UNLESS..... This dealership truly is the cheapest place to buy a Dodge UNLESS you want to buy something in demand...like a Hellcat. Then the awesome dealer experi This dealership truly is the cheapest place to buy a Dodge UNLESS you want to buy something in demand...like a Hellcat. Then the awesome dealer experience becomes a typical dealer experience. I have, however, bought many vehicles from them and thanks to all the other Dodge dealers doc fees I will continue to buy cars from Steve White. They advertise no doc fees and half the hold back and they stick to that AND no dealer add ons. Truly a great deal dealership without all the crazy negotiations. I must also say their parts department is the best in the country. Period. This dealership would have got 5 stars if it wasnt for the greed factor on the Hellcats and the one time I drove all the way there only to find they did not have the car there that they just told me to come up and take a look at in person thus wasting my whole day. However, despite these two things, their sales tactics are so good I am willing to overlook these things and will buy from them again I am sure. More
Must Read!!! I have to say I was very skeptical about buying a car on ebay from anyone. Steve White Motors was recommended by a friend who bought a vehicle from t I have to say I was very skeptical about buying a car on ebay from anyone. Steve White Motors was recommended by a friend who bought a vehicle from this dealership. Bruce Lee was my salesperson. From the start he was professional and at no time pressured me into buying a vehicle. I asked him for a specific truck that I wanted that no dealership in Ohio could find. I think I asked him 30 questions about the process before I even agreed to follow through with purchase contract. I assured him I would NOT take delivery of the vehicle if there was any type of damage including scratches and dents. He told me he wouldn't take a truck like that either if he was buying a car. This made me more skeptical because I felt this was going way to easy. So I received a final price on a Dodge Ram 2500 which was $2000 less than any truck in my area. Although like I said I wanted a specific color motor and model. We then discussed a trade in I had. I provided him a description of the condition of my car and the VIN. They called me in less than an hour and offered me a very good trade in value. After that we discussed delivery of my truck. The truck delivery was exciting but I still felt like at any time the deal was going to cost me more money somewhere. The truck arrived on a flatbed and was completely detailed. I pay attention to detail. The straps that held the truck to the trailor had pads to prevent scratching the rims. Wayne the delivery guy was great. He had the contract exactly the way Bruce and I discussed. He took my trade and that part was done. Days later I was waiting for Bruce to call and say he wouldnt give me the amount of money he said originally. Well I took the initiative to call him. He said everythibg was fine. I had to give a deposite of $200 before delivery. I received that back in a few days after the delivery. Bruce assured me this would be the least stressful car purchase I ever make. I am a very difficult person to satisfy but this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I dont usually write reviews but when businesses are superior in customer satisfaction I like to give credit to those companies. Thanks to Bruce Lee/Lisa/Wayne. You guys are great! I love my new Dodge Ram More
