I had been to 3 different Dodge dealerships looking for a Dodge Challenger before going to Steve White Dodge in Conover, NC. He was upfront with me and came closer to what I needed for my trade in ten minutes than the other 3 dealerships had in 2 days. I didn't feel pressured, nor did I ever feel like they were not trying to work with me. 3 days later I traded at Steve White Dodge and they met all my request including staying after hours so I could pick up my new car after work. Since I purchased my 2008 Pt Cruiser, in 2009, I have only taken it in for scheduled maintance. However, today I took it in for a part to be replaced which was ordered yesterday for me. It was a release only taken it in for scheduled maintance. However, today I took it in for a part to be replaced which was ordered yesterday for me. It was a release switch for the hatchback lift. It would not open from the inside door latch or the fob. They did replace it today and stated that it was fixed. I do think that is a bad design on Chrysler's part and that they should have installed a key latch on the hatchback lift. It was under warranty , but it does make you wonder if it will happen again. I do hope it is fixed and will not every be a problem again. More

We travelled 8 hours to buy a new Dodge Ram 1500 because we THOUGHT we were saving so much money. Arrived to find NONE of the paperwork ready, the salesman ran the truck into a wall (chipped paint) suppose we THOUGHT we were saving so much money. Arrived to find NONE of the paperwork ready, the salesman ran the truck into a wall (chipped paint) supposedly trying to navigate through the car wash. The service department had no brochures for the vehicle we were buying. It took over 3 hours to go through the process of paperwork. IT DIDNT STOP THERE. It took over a month for our trade in to be paid off AND it was paid off at the wrong amounnt - NOT EVEN THE AMOUNT THAT WAS ON OUR SALES CONTRACT. We had to make an additional payment on our old vehiclebecause of this delay. All the while being told, "Well, you'll git 'dat money back eventually." It took just about 4 weeks to get our title paperwork; just as the temp tags were set to expire. The taxes were figured wrong. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND MANAGEMENT IS NO HELP....NOW IT'S ON TO DODGE CORPORATE AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. More
