went to dealership for 15,000 mile service change the fuel filter and oil filter on 2010 dodge 3500 pickup the service writer suggested to service the front and rear differential I said sure or somethin fuel filter and oil filter on 2010 dodge 3500 pickup the service writer suggested to service the front and rear differential I said sure or something to that effect NO PRICE WAS EVER MENTION WHEN THEY WROTE UP THE SERVICE i expected to pay around a $150.00 judging from my first service which was about $75.00 oil change 7500 mile first service, when i went to pay the bill it was 383.57 I complained to service manager he took off $40.00 still way too high" he said they put cleaner in the differential yea right a 15000 mile personal use truck . sorry but i can't beleave that you can steal my money this was my last trip to steve whites service dept ,$47.45 labor $79.90 75w 90 gear oil front diff $127.35 rear diff $47.45 labor $39.35 75w90 gear oil 87.40 diesel oil and filter change $24.00 labor $15.60 filter 12qts oil $39.36 total $78.96 replace fuel filter my request $25.00total bill was $383.57 complained took $40.00 off total $343.57 my biggest complaint is none of the diff oil change was explained to me let alone it is really not part of 15000 mile service if you are not using your vehicle commercially, BUT THAT WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME I THOUGHT THEY JUST TOOK OUT THE PLUG STUCK THEIR FINGER IN TO MAKE SURE THEIR WAS GREASE AT PROPER LEVEL AND ADDED AS NEEDED LIKE ANY OTHER OIL CHANGE' I FELT ROBBED' AN LIED TO AND IT'S LEGAL FOR THEM this was my last trip to; Steve white Chrysler dodge jeep newton N.C. and I am not through complaining yet' pissed OFF' More
I have beeen looking for a cruiser motorcycle for over a year and would still be looking had it not been for the price of the bike these guys had. I took a huge chance by not seeing the bike before purchas year and would still be looking had it not been for the price of the bike these guys had. I took a huge chance by not seeing the bike before purchase, but I spoke with their Internet Sales Manager Dion and he placed a level of comfort over the deal that I could not ignore. The company even shipped the bike to GA for me, which is where I live. The gentleman who dropped off my bike was more than helpful in assisting me with locking my new machine down on my trailer. I know I bought a bike and not a car but the concept of their sales departments is one I will not forget. More
The service employee I worked with was absolutely phenomenal. She made me feel like she was looking out for my best interests, not the company's. Best car buying experience I've ever had. Found the Jeep GC on Ebay and followed up on their website. I knew the price was excellent as I had done a lot of research and was just about to make the purchase GC on Ebay and followed up on their website. I flew down to NC where they picked me up at the airport, and had the car ready for me to test drive. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Found the Wrangler we wanted on their website, called them up and set up a time with Dean to come by and check it out. It was raining when we showed up and we were met at our truck with an umbrella and informed that the Wranger was waiting for us at a covered parking area next door. Test drive was standard, and went well. Filled out the paperwork, and headed home. Whole process took about 2.5 hours. We got what we wanted for a fair price, they made money, and everyone left happy. We purchased a stripped down Wrangler and were treated just as special as someone who came into buy a $50,000 vehicle. We will be back when it comes time to replace our 2004 Durango, thanks to Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Dutton. Thanks, John and Mindy More
I came across Steve White Chrysler, Dodge Jeep in Hickory through an internet search (initially) for a used vehicle. I contacted them regarding a used Monte Carlo. Between my phone contact with them and th through an internet search (initially) for a used vehicle. I contacted them regarding a used Monte Carlo. Between my phone contact with them and the trip from Statesville to Newton to take a look at the vehicle, it was sold via the internet (a testament to how well they move their inventory). Mr Lowman apologized for the problem and indicated that he tried to contact me when he realized the problem, but was unable to reach me (as I had only given him my home phone). Since I was there, we took a look around the lot to see if there was anything else in their inventory at that time of interest to me. He located a PT Cruiser in my price range (admittedly a vehicle I had not looked at, and slightly above my price range) and I took it for a test drive. Absolutely fell in love with the car! We looked at some options, but as I did not have access to the funds for my down payment for a few days, I could not make an offer or attempt to hold the vehicle and it was sold to another buyer before I could do anything (another testament to how good their business sense and ability to turn over inventory is). Several months passed, and when I had the opportunity to look at another used PT Cruiser, I knew not to delay. I gave them as much information as I could to hold the vehicle and begin the processing of paperwork until I could get there to see the actual vehicle (I had already seen multiple photos of the vehicle online). After getting the finance department involved processing the paperwork and beginning the credit check, the finance manager indicated to Mr Lowman that because of the PT Cruiser being a used vehicle, and the differences between financing on used versus new vehicles, etc. He suggested the possibility of a new vehicle for me that would meet the same monthly payment I needed for the vehicle, and also provide me with additional warranty for the vehicle. Mr Lowman contacted me to see if that would be of interest. When I indicated I would be interested in a new vehicle if I could stay in the same payment range, he provided me with a suggested vehicle to look at. After viewing the vehicle (which met all of my needs and then some), it was quite obvious to me that Mr Lowman had listened carefully to everything I said I was looking for in another vehicle and had managed to get me all that and more for a VERY good price with excellent financing. I am ecstatic about my new Dodge Caliber and would, have and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle (new or used). More
