Brooks was very professional in the way she handled our service issue. She took extra time to see my vehicle had the proper service it needed to correct our wheel/tire problem. We had been going to another dealership service dept (Lake Norman) and they seemed to talk over my wife and did not hear what the problem was that she wqas trying to convey. After a few visits and no resolution we came to Steve White where we ran into Brooks that helped us out tremendously. I recommend Steve White and Brooks as a place for sales and service!! My wife and I began shopping some months ago for a new vehicle. After settling on a 2012 Dodge Challenger, we contacted and visited a number of dealerships, and Steve White was one of them. The process between our initial contact with these dealerships and our ultimate purchase date was not a short one as we had many questions about prices, features, service, trim options and much more. During this process we experienced the entire range of customer service from the exceptional to the ugly. In this review I will leave out the ugly and the mediocre and just focus on the exceptional, which was our experience with Jackie Mingus from Steve White Motors. Jackie, the internet sales manager at Steve White, personally responded to our e-mail kindly and informatively within hours of the inquiry being sent. By this, I do not mean the auto-response email that is customary of so many businesses upon contact, but a great response with thoughtful answers to our questions as well as additional detailed information. This care and diligence that was evident in her initial correspondence was continued, and even improved upon during many emails and phone calls back and forth leading up to the time of purchase. When making a large purchase like a car however, I doubt we are alone in feeling that prompt and courteous service is not the only thing that matters. Price, among other factors is a key component in determining value. There was no let down in this respect either though. Jackie worked hard with her managers not only to find a Challenger equipped in the exact color, trim and optional features we were looking for, but also worked with them to get us one of our most competitive offers on it. Steve White Motors is not a local dealership for us, but we were so much more comfortable dealing with Jackie and Steve White than any other dealers we contacted that we felt the extra travel was well worth it to purchase our new car. My wife and I have only positive things to say about our experience dealing with Jackie and Steve White Motors before during and after purchase. If this is what purchasing an automobile was typically like, I think less people would dread the experience. More

We initially thought we would be driving to NC from VA to finalize this purchase, which we were dreading, before I knew it Chris offered to deliver the Jeep to our driveway for a VERY resonable fee. When we began looking for a our Jeep to purchase I dreaded going in to our local dealers and playing the "game". Finding SWM online and working the deal with Chris was no hassle and no games. I was given a bottom line price and did not have to worry about any additional fees added. Jackie and Steve delivered our Jeep last night in perfect condition and were the most enjoyable guys to speak with, they made us feel like family. Chris, Jackie & Steve are truly a breath of fresh air. You will not be dissappointed buying from Steve White Motors,it's great to see a company still stand for good ol' fashioned values and stand by their word! More
