I live in Central New York. While trying to deal with several local dealers I could not receive any satisfaction on a 2012 Ram 3500. While on-line I saw the vehicle I wanted and spoke to Rodney. Rodney w several local dealers I could not receive any satisfaction on a 2012 Ram 3500. While on-line I saw the vehicle I wanted and spoke to Rodney. Rodney was very helpful in all areas of the sale and has a good deal of knowledge about the product line. Within 10 minutes of the initial phone call, the deposit was placed and the truck was delivered into my driveway 36 hours later. The truck could have been there sooner but it did not fit into my schedule. Rodney seems to have gone out of his way to make this transaction as pleasant and seemless as possible. I began my search in hopes of trading my 2004 Jeep Wrangler last week at a local dealer. The offer I recieved was very high due to the dealership using all the tricks to inflate there profit margin. There tacktics included adding the following cost to MSRP from Jeep $1500 for Market Adjustment, $1000 for undercoating, and $500 processing fee. They also, lowered my trade value from $9000 to $6000. This local dealer in Johnson City, TN nearly caused me to give up my search, but luckly I looked at CARS.com and found Steve White dealership in NC. I sent them an email Wednesday night around 10:00 PM. Rodney Hall contacted me Thursday morning at 9:00 and I provided my VIN number and answered a couple of questions and within 3 hours - I was leaving work enroute to pickup my new Jeep Wrangler. Steve White sales vehicles the right way!!!!! I will continue to drive 3 hours for future auto purchases at Steve White!! More

Jerry answered all of my many questions about the car, the dealership, shipping, etc. There never any pressure, which is important to me, and he let the car sell itself! Mike was quick to provide me with all the facts and figures once the deal was completed. No games, hidden costs........everything was as they said it would be. I was in the market for a new Ram 1500 truck. I knew exactly what I wanted down to the exact color and features. I searched locally ( Myrtle Beach area) and could not find what I wanted. When I called and talked with Chris Andrews with in seconds he was able to locate me a truck with the exact factory options I wanted. Quoted me a great trade value and offered me a great deal! Thanks for everything Chris! Chris sent his driver to Tennessee to pick up my new truck from a dealer and delivered my truck over 670 miles via truck and trailer safely to my front door; without a scratch! Unbelievable! I also wanted some Mopar performance parts and could not believe that Steve White had all my parts ( Mopar dual exhaust and cold air intake and bed liner) in stock and was extremely competitive on price. I though I would need to order my custom parts on the net and be required to install them myself but with such a competitive price Steve Whites service installed it so my new truck arrived to my front door exactly how I wanted it! I was very apprehensive about purchasing a truck over the net but I truly for the 1st time ever had no surprises and the buying experience was actually fun! What a change from the normal buying experience! Bush in finance was very competitive on rate and did his job well and was nice and professional. The driver was great, very professional and put me at ease and went the extra mile and I now know I can trust any future car or truck purchase to arrive safely to me as the driver cares! Thank You! I was able to sign all the papers at my kitchen table as the driver loaded my trade on his trailer. No pressure and was nice change of pace signing the documents in my home vs a dealers office. Everyone was 100% professional, nice and delivered EVERYTHING as promised. I will recommend to all of my friends and family and I will be back! I cannot say enough good things about my experience! What an experience...My wife and I were looking for a newer ( used car ) for our son. Though we trust our son for being a safe driver, we were looking for a mustang for him...Could not get a break from newer ( used car ) for our son. Though we trust our son for being a safe driver, we were looking for a mustang for him...Could not get a break from anyone, that is of course until now...They had a 2008 mustang available ( were going like hot cakes in the surrounding area of Charlotte ) I placed a deposit on it until we got up there..In the meantime, trying to get a reasonable finance from credit union, Steve White Dodge beat them all..low credit % met my monthly payment goal and surprisingly, a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty...
