Why schedule an appointment? I took my Buick Enclave in for service. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday and was under the impression it would looked at Monday. My appointment wa I took my Buick Enclave in for service. I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday and was under the impression it would looked at Monday. My appointment was for 8:00 A.M. I heard from the service department around 8:15. They were inquiring on my problems with the Buick. I finally called back around 4:00 and they had not looked at my vehicle. I told the representative to not bother and I was coming to pick it up. I picked it up and the representative said there was no charge. What would they even charge me for? Didn’t seem like they wanted to attempt to make it right either. My spouse and I work full time and have children. When I make an appointment for a service you offer I expect something not nothing. Maybe this is an isolated incident but I would not recommend there service. We will not be back. More
