I called Vanessa and made my appointment and she made sure to schedule a day when I was able to come in as well as making sure I had a courtesy vehicle for the day of my service. Which I believe is an awesome perk when having my car serviced, so I was still able to run errands while I waited. When I arrived at the service drive I was greeted by Bob, which he checked my car in and we discussed what service I needed. Then he sent me to vanessa and she had a car parked out front and ready for me as promised. Both Bob and Vanessa always give to notch service, which is always important. Then when service was complete they called me and let me know so I could come get my car when I was ready. Then Bob and Vanessa went over my inspection report with me, and answered any questions I had. It's always excellent visiting the dealership, knowing not only myself but my car is in good hands.
