Windshield Wipers Our windshield wipers quit during heavy rains and was already slowed during the event and still made it home safely on a Saturday evening. Called and text our Service Representative and Salesmen on Sunday and left them know we were dropping it of for repairs and got a text and phone call back stating it would be repaired and ready for pickup on Monday afternoon. They have continued to go over and beyond serving our vehicles and also take care of us on short notice without any thing like oh we will be first to get it in a day or two. Next time I will have the dealership tell us ahead of time what they will give us because we had a 2004 1/2 truck and my hubby was looking at trade in values for a 2005 but Jamie said the vin # pulled up a 2004. We ended up getting about 3,000 less than we thought. It wasn't really anyone's fault, just something to learn from. The only other thing we missed out on was $2,000 worth of rebates because the night we purchased was the first 2019 truck the dealership had sold. We couldn't get a 2018 anymore. Not anyone's fault but a bummer that we couldn't get the rebates because obviously nothing is being offered on a new truck. I would definitely buy from these guys again. They treated us fairly and gave us a fair deal. More
