The gentleman i dealt with at the service counter was rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5mi rude and acted like I was another to him to help,the tech had no idea what was wrong with truck even though they knew the day before in less than 5min,them wanted to charge me $500 to replace a $45 part that took me 10 min to do and they still charged me $225 fee for plugging scanner in for 5min,have had them do all my repair work before but will not be going back. More

Dennis Osworth was simply amazing to work with from start to finish and Kristy Rogers was excellent at the end with the signing of papers to finish the deal. I could not have expected a better experience from a Ford dealership. Been dealing with Raabe or Reineke in Lima for years.
