I scheduled oil Change and maintenance for a noisey air conditioner . Dropped car off at 7:30am. Got a call at 3:45pm telling me the a/c diagnosis machine hasn’t been working for 2 weeks and they couldn’t conditioner . Dropped car off at 7:30am. Got a call at 3:45pm telling me the a/c diagnosis machine hasn’t been working for 2 weeks and they couldn’t do anything with my car besides an oil Change. WHY did they schedule me if they knew it was broken? WHY did they have my car ALL day if they knew they couldn’t fix it. Terrible Communication and the girl that called me (Camilla) had a bad attitude when questioned about this. They need better management and more staff and also not schedule people that they can’t take care of. Do not recommend! More

One of the worst experiences of my life. I have been coming here for a few years and this was the last time. Made an appointment for my A/C and was without my car for over a month. I spent more in rental car payments than what it cost to fix the car. Brought my car on a Friday with an appointment and they didn't touch the car until the following Thursday. Why would you request a customer to leave the car when you have no intentions of providing a service? Then it sat on their lot another 2 weeks before they looked into fixing it. I know because I have a camera in my car. Also, they threw all my stuff inside my compartments onto the floor of my car and the advisor had to be nice to pick it all up because I refused to leave and was livid. My cards, personal belongings and money were scattered all along the front floors of the car. It's pathetic and I get so upset every time I re-live this moment in my head or talk about it. The manager they had on duty (fat, tall, blackish and maybe hispanic) was freaking terrifying and rude. I could not believe he would treat a customer the way he did me. He acted the way he looked, UGLY. Will not EVER return. Because of this experience I don't even like Chevy cars anymore. I have been a big fan of chevy for as long as I can remember but now, I can't. Corporate needs to do something about this asap. Its unacceptable. More
I had a very poor experience at Steve Rayman Chevrolet. I was tricked into making uneducated decisions because I wasn't given the proper information and wasn't supported afterwards when I had questions. Because of that I don't think I will ever purchases a chrevolet again because I don't want to risk having to go to this dealership for service. More
