They had my car for 2 and a half weeks and I didn't receive an update until I contacted the Service Manager. I found his number on Google as I called the Dealership several times and the receptionist advised that there were no managers available. The only thing that turned this around was when I was reassigned to Alex since my Service Professional went out due to surgery. She called and confirmed my warranty which saved me some money. However they weren't responsive AT ALL until I reached out to the Manager. Personally I don't believe you should have to reach out to the Service Manager to get a call back but I digress. More

My estimate for my oil change and filter changes were double what was given. My car also sat for 3 days without any diagnostic and no estimated time on when my diagnostic would get to. I set an appointment for a reason otherwise I could have just did a walk in and drop the car off sooner. I will not be returning to this dealership. More

Once I brought it in I wasn’t given a clear timeline of when it might be ready. We ended up needing to do additional items that I was told I would receive a follow up call to confirm a timeline. I never received that call so I then proceeded to call and text my maintenance member (Nico) but never received a response until after multiple attempts hours later. When I got in my vehicle to leave I noticed my AC blower was then making a strange sound that it had not made prior to drop off which resulted in me having to bring my vehicle back in. That experience was even worse. Also when I picked up my car the first time the interior was not left as dropped off. More
Hardworking, however,They are very very short staffed on mechanics, had my car for 3 weeks just for a diagnosis and no loaner only a deal on rentals, which helped. Then I had to take it back because it was mechanics, had my car for 3 weeks just for a diagnosis and no loaner only a deal on rentals, which helped. Then I had to take it back because it was having the same issue right after the diagnosis so they didn’t fix anything, and now I think they finally fixed the issue after the second time of kind of staying on them. I understand things happen, but when they do good customer service is calling & letting the client know. Example: if you take your child to daycare & something serious happens do you call & let the parent know or just wait until the parent calls. That’s exactly how Steve Rayman Chevy has treated me. Some of the issues that were suppose to get fixed are still popping up on my dashboard. So after a month of work & not having my car, those same issues have to be looked at again. I do appreciate the wonderful help from Nicolo, Tyler, Thomas & Jennifer More
I bought the truck new from them a year ago, typically buy a new one every 2 to 3 years. They were closer to my house and I gave them a shot. I paid a little too munch, but that’s on me. I set an appo buy a new one every 2 to 3 years. They were closer to my house and I gave them a shot. I paid a little too munch, but that’s on me. I set an appointment to get a few things fixed, but was told it would be a week when I got there. I’m not sure why that was not disclosed prior to my arrival. Pretty simple fix and I even told them what was wrong with the transmission code. They said the mechanic recommended a transmission flush @ 25k miles even though the fine engineers at Chevy say 40k. There is actually a bulletin on what needed to be fixed, but they insisted that that wasn’t the issue. After the transmission flush didn’t work, they did the fix I suggested. I had them change the oil, but they didn’t put any windshield washer fluid in it. It was a pretty high dollar oil change not to get any of the extras. So after them having my truck over 2 weeks I got it back with 2 pretty simple fixes and an oil change. The only positive was the young lady that I dealt with during the process. She seemed to be stuck with bad mechanics and some tall tells. I truly believe that this is my first bad review I ever done online, but that should let anyone know to be aware. More
Service was very slow and understaffed. There were several appointments scheduled for the same time. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. There were several appointments scheduled for the same time. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. More
