I had to wait over 5 weeks (after my service advisor forgot to put my 1st appointment on the secure when I spoke to her in 08/29/24 to be scheduled on 09/03/24) This appointment was scheduled fix the ex forgot to put my 1st appointment on the secure when I spoke to her in 08/29/24 to be scheduled on 09/03/24) This appointment was scheduled fix the exhaust leak my car had installed at this dealership a couple months prior. ***when I spoke to Kameyah 08/29/24 when she said that I was getting scheduled for my appointment the following Tuesday 09/03/24**** I followed back up with her the following Friday when she said I could be seeing on the sept. 23rd. Which then got pushed back AGAIN until 10/10/24. As soon as I showed up to the dealership, she asked me if I needed a ride home, I said that I could just wait around if it wasn’t going to take too long, And she said I’m gonna want a ride because it’s probably gonna take 4 to 5 hours. So I got a ride back home. When I had not heard back from anyone 2 hours before closing, I texted her to remind her that I was going to need a ride back to the dealership and ask for a quick update. She said because I lived over 10 miles away, had to pay for an Uber to get back to my car. I told her that I known that I would’ve just stayed local to the area the whole time. She didn’t respond. I’ve been very happy with the dealerships customer service before in the past and I’ve left you multiple five star Google reviews from both my google accounts from when I purchased my first C8 corvette and when the exhaust was installed on my new E-Ray. I’ve also directed several other Corvette customers from the local car groups and corvette forms I’m a member talking about my pleasant service experience history. However this visit and most recent experience was FAR from what I’ve seen before in the past. My exhaust sounds like the leak is ALMOST fixed Since they re-tightened some of the clamps down As the noise isn’t as prevalent anymore. However, unfortunately, there is still some noise that shouldn’t be there. Apparently, I have to take it to this dealership to get it fixed since they are the ones that installed the Exhaust to begin with. I went from being a raving fan of this dealerships service department to now feeling like just another number that no one cares about…I’d give this a 1 star review if it wasn’t for my previous positive experiences over the past couple of years. Also my car was pretty dirty the last time I picked it up which wasn’t adding to my overall perception of course in case anyone wanted to know… More
Came into the dealership to have my center console looked at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was in, I came in to drop off my vehicle. The dash I came back they said everything was ready after looking in my vehicle. I noticed that the center console still wasn’t fixed. They stated that the park was never ordered and they would have it expedited for the next day. The next day I get a phone call That my car is ready so I proceed back to the dealership. And when I check the vehicle the center console was fixed, but they scratched the interior console gauge clusters. Upset due to the fact not only more cosmetic damage was done but also I drove over 40 miles to come to this dealership. A representative from the dealership called to ask about my customer service. I expressed my concerns and stated I could not give a good rating due to this recent experience. She stated she would have Tyler give me a call but I have yet to receive a phone call from Tyler to correct this. I spend too much money on my 2024 corvette to have employees scratch the interior of my car. More
They are very understaffed and Impersonal. I felt very rushed and unimportant. To have to wait 3 days to get a diagnosis with an appointment is unacceptable and pointless of an appointment I felt very rushed and unimportant. Once I got my car back they couldn’t find anything although it started when I got in the car. And lastly I asked for a shuttle to work and was told there was no shuttle that day which caused me to have to Uber. Probably will go to another location going forward. More
