This is not a typical review, as the circumstances surrounding my dad's visit to Steve Rayman Chevrolet were anything but typical. You opened your doors to him around 5 am yesterday, 1/29/14, during t surrounding my dad's visit to Steve Rayman Chevrolet were anything but typical. You opened your doors to him around 5 am yesterday, 1/29/14, during the winter storm that has shut down the entire metro Atlanta area. He stumbled in after spending close to 15 hours trying to make it home on the icy roads. He had nothing to eat or drink that entire time, but you welcomed him in and provided a safe place for rest, warmth, and nourishment. My family and I are forever grateful to Ray Whitlow, Mike Fossett and his lovely wife, and Tim Barnett for serving many stranded motorists so selflessly. I WILL recommend Steve Rayman Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle because of the outstanding character of these employees. Thank you. More

I brought my 2009 Avalanche into the repair shop because of a strange noise. The service department was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. II was provided with a rental car to eliminate any incon of a strange noise. The service department was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I went in again for the same problem I've been having with my car and Steve Rayman happened to be there on that day. I explained to him the number of times I've been in for this problem. I pulled in needing an oil change for my 2010 Tahoe and I told Ronnie I had a little less than an hour and no appointment. I had to pick up my child from daycare and could not be late. My normal experience with oil changes is that they take at least an hour. Ronnie said he understood and had me out of there in 20 MINUTES! I didn't even have time to finish the work email I had begun in the waiting room. I'd also like to brag on the new facilities at Steve Rayman. I visited the old buildings and also while everything was under construction. I have to say, the new facilities are awesome. So modern, clean looking, and everything is nicely labeled for costomers. I had no idea it would turn out so great. The dervice lounge is by far the nicest I've ever been in and I've been to every kind of car dealership you can think of. Well done, architects!
