Tim is knowledgable, helpful and practical with recommendations, I have been a customer at that location long before Mr, Raymond bought the franchise and as long as the front line folks treat me as a friend and not a money bag, I will continue to regularly visit and they can keep my 02 Avalanche running for another 100,000 miles. Salesman Great Loyalty Bad I was sold a used '14 Toyota Carolla S with an imploding battery that started giving me issues not 3 weeks of purchase because their servicemen couldn I was sold a used '14 Toyota Carolla S with an imploding battery that started giving me issues not 3 weeks of purchase because their servicemen couldn't do their job before it left the lot. I was refused a replacement battery regardless of their negligence. Their is no loyalty to the customer in making sure that I have been sold a relaiable car from their lot that they hold so much pride in choosing to sell. It hasn't even been a month and this is not the first issue I came upon because of their laziness. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my salesman Matthew Grenier gave me excellent customer service, and if you are going to go their, ask for him, you will not be dissapointed, but I DO NOT recommend going to this dealership for their lack of loyalty to (me) the customer when I have chosen to bring my business to a so called 'reputable' dealership when, once your off the lot....to hell with you. More

The excelent care I received from Brian Barrett . I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. He said come at my convenience and would be waiting f I had problems with my new Chevrolet Cruze. I called Brian and talked to him about the issues. Great Customer Care by Service Manager Mike Fryer I brought my 2014 Corvette Stingray to get new tires and have some service done. Initially there were some issues that did not get resolved. However, the Service Manager Mike Fryer followed up on a customer satisfaction call, and he made every effort to make things right. I have not experienced that level of customer service in a very long time. He is committed to keeping his customers happy and building a relationship instead of a one time service or sale.
