I had a warranty repair for a faulty transmission. Came in late on a Friday and was luck enough to get it in before closing. When I called for an update I found out he was no longer with the company which explained no responses to my inquiries for 2 days. When I finally went to the service center to get an update I was told by my new advisor my truck wasn't going to be repaired for another 4-6 weeks. This was after my original advisor and the service manager said it should only take 2 weeks. So a month it is. I had to rent a car because I don't have a spare and dealer didn't have a loner. GMC services texts me later in the week to tell me my car would be ready the following week. OK... is that correct, cuz I just got told the day before it's going to be another month.... GMC service says they're reaching out to dealer and will let me know. no word for another week then at 3pm on Friday I get a call from my advisor at the dealership saying the truck is ready for pickup. I had to scramble to get my rental back to the rental shop before they closed and get a ride back to the dealership to get my truck. In the end my truck was repaired and has been running fine for the past week. I'm hoping there's no issue with the repairs and I'm thankful I got my truck back in just 3 weeks instead of the potential 2 months it could have been. Communication could have been better for sure, it's never easy picking up after a colleague departs but, the back and forth even with GMC in the mix was a pain and made it more complicated than it probably would have been had it been a straight up repair. In the end I'm happy with the end result and think they did their best to work with me in the beginning and i'm guessing things just got all buggered up after my advisor dropped out of the picture. c'est la vie. life moves on More
Bad service do not honor warranty. I have been given the run around and they now are saying it’s not my battery because it’s under warranty. At first it was not it’s not . Shone Wright service manager no help and very rude. Also kinda racist. I have been coming here over 18 years and since Steve Raymond sold this dealership it has went down hill. They need more diversity her I haven’t seen one Black servicemen in the office. More
On Nov 10, 2022, I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10AM. I arrived at 10AM. 12:15 comes around and I decided to go to the service desk to see how much longer it would take for the and tire rotation at 10AM. I asked how much longer it would be and was told about 15 minutes when they would begin servicing my truck and another 45 min to an hour before the service would be done. I told them that I did not want to wait another hour or more for them to complete the service and that I would just leave. For whatever reason, the service representative took issue with me deciding to leave and got an attitude as if I'm wrong for not wanting to spend another hour at a dealership for something that I could have gone to Express Oil Change for and been done in 15-30 minutes. I was told that they only had a skeleton crew working in the shop which is why they were behind. Not my problem. I understand that it's difficult finding help these days but if that's the case, schedule people accordingly. Don't have customers make an appointment only to have them wait 2 or more hours then get an attitude when the customer decides they no longer want to wait. I was not rude at all. I was cordial and respectful to the service consultants. Janet was as accommodating as she could be and offered me a bottle of water but that other woman....I didn't get her name, she needs some training on customer care or a vacation. More

The worst service department I have ever had to deal with. Advisors just come in when they want, don't keep appointments, poor attitude. Ordered parts 3-4 months ago for a warranty item, never got a c with. Advisors just come in when they want, don't keep appointments, poor attitude. Ordered parts 3-4 months ago for a warranty item, never got a call but they have been in stock for 2 months. Their telephone numbers were turned off for days, possibly weeks.ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS "no longer in service." Ridiculous. Never get a call when vehicle service is finished, have to track down service advisors on their mobiles over the course of 2 days for a 1/2 day service request. Everyone in Parts, Service, Techs and the courtesy driver acknowledge service Sucks. Really does and will never purchase another vehicle or take a car for service there again. More
I have good and not so good service here on my Vette. I happy to say on my last 2 visits Ron took very good care of me. He knows his stuff! When I was making an appointment, trying to describe a noise it was making… (ok ladies we all know the eyebrow look we get), this time I did not get “that look”, he says sounds like your water pump. And what was the issue after diagnosis? Water pump! It took 2 days to get the parts but I’m happy to say, the noise is gone. I’m blessed to know I can trust Ron! I hope the dealership can get to the proper staffing levels in the service department to help Ron do an even better jo. Thanks Ron!!! More
