I called several times at several different hours across two different days and I did not receive any response and kept leaving voicemails. Then I was told that they couldn’t reach me even though if I misse two different days and I did not receive any response and kept leaving voicemails. Then I was told that they couldn’t reach me even though if I missed their call I immediately called back. My appointment was for Friday and I sent my car in on Thursday to have it there over night but I didn’t receive any information about the status until Saturday when they were about to close. More
Last couple of visits were less than satisfactory. I was feeling left in the dark about my vehicle, having to hunt down the service providers who I thought were there to help me. This time around was the absolute best service, I’ve had since purchasing from you all. Scott O’Harrow is excellent addition! He called and kept me updated from start to finish. Gave me that first hand personal and professional service that everyone deserves. It’s a wonderful feeling knowing what’s happening and going on with your vehicle. Much appreciated! More
Consistently have to return vehicle after work completed. Fail to complete work on the ticket. On 2 occasions I requested oil change on ticket only for that not to be completed. The service department was crowded, but the service manager, Sean, went out of his way to help me and to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I appreciated. that.
