Came into the dealership to have my center console looked at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was at. They stated that they would have to order the part and to give them a day or two. After I received a text message and phone call that my part was in, I came in to drop off my vehicle. The dash I came back they said everything was ready after looking in my vehicle. I noticed that the center console still wasn’t fixed. They stated that the park was never ordered and they would have it expedited for the next day. The next day I get a phone call That my car is ready so I proceed back to the dealership. And when I check the vehicle the center console was fixed, but they scratched the interior console gauge clusters. Upset due to the fact not only more cosmetic damage was done but also I drove over 40 miles to come to this dealership. A representative from the dealership called to ask about my customer service. I expressed my concerns and stated I could not give a good rating due to this recent experience. She stated she would have Tyler give me a call but I have yet to receive a phone call from Tyler to correct this. I spend too much money on my 2024 corvette to have employees scratch the interior of my car. More
They had my car for 2 and a half weeks and I didn't receive an update until I contacted the Service Manager. I found his number on Google as I called the Dealership several times and the receptionist a receive an update until I contacted the Service Manager. The only thing that turned this around was when I was reassigned to Alex since my Service Professional went out due to surgery. She called and confirmed my warranty which saved me some money. However they weren't responsive AT ALL until I reached out to the Manager. Personally I don't believe you should have to reach out to the Service Manager to get a call back but I digress. More

They are very understaffed and Impersonal. I felt very rushed and unimportant. To have to wait 3 days to get a diagnosis with an appointment is unacceptable and pointless of an appointment I felt very rushed and unimportant. To have to wait 3 days to get a diagnosis with an appointment is unacceptable and pointless of an appointment to me. Once I got my car back they couldn’t find anything although it started when I got in the car. And lastly I asked for a shuttle to work and was told there was no shuttle that day which caused me to have to Uber. Probably will go to another location going forward. More
My estimate for my oil change and filter changes were double what was given. My car also sat for 3 days without any diagnostic and no estimated time on when my diagnostic would get to. Once I brought it in I wasn’t given a clear timeline of when it might be ready. We ended up needing to do additional items that I was told I would receive a follow up call to confirm a timeline. I never received that call so I then proceeded to call and text my maintenance member (Nico) but never received a response until after multiple attempts hours later. When I got in my vehicle to leave I noticed my AC blower was then making a strange sound that it had not made prior to drop off which resulted in me having to bring my vehicle back in. That experience was even worse. Also when I picked up my car the first time the interior was not left as dropped off. More
