First let me say Jennifer was great. However, the service technicians were terrible. The technician cleared my car as being finished. I paid over $1,200 but when I got in it to leave I saw that the same error message was flashing "left front tire pressure low". The main reason I brought my car in was to have that tire replaced. Had to go back in & wait another hour only for them to realize they had not put my new tire on at all! So I was without my car for 6 days and still had to wait 2 hours to get it after they said it was ready. Very unprofessional. More

First visit I had made an appointment but it turned out they didn’t have my part in stock. That was fine. Once I got the call the part was in stock I called to make another appointment but got transferred they didn’t have my part in stock. That was fine.
