The turnover of service advisors is ridiculous. Jennifer was very helpful but it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. This dealership has gone down hill since Steve Rayman sold it... A complete waste of time and resources. The service department is lacking actual service. Money is definitely the motivation. I had an appointment but I still sat in the lobby for over 2 hours until I finally asked the service representative why my car was still in the same spot. There is a big problem with being able to speak to someone in the service department. I brought my Tahoe in to have the breaks fixed. This was done but it was also recommended my engine have a "tune someone in the service department. I brought my Tahoe in to have the breaks fixed. This was done but it was also recommended my engine have a "tune up" even though I had no issues with the engine. After paying for the "tune up" my check engine light was on and the Tahoe was not driving well. I tried to call the service department 5 times with no answer. I left 3 messages including 2 on voicemail and 1 when I spoke to scheduling just so I could speak to a person. My call was never returned. I finally was able to speak to someone the following day when I called and they actually answered. I brought my Tahoe back in and fortunately the error that had been made during the service was easily correctable. I understand that mistakes can be made but not being able to speak to someone on the phone regarding my issue was very frustrating. The automated answering system was not effective given nobody every returned my call. More
