Only reason that this review gets a star at all is due to Jennifer Burton. It took over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, didn’t check my alignment. Had an appointment at 8am. Arrived at 7:55am and only one person working. Waited 45 minutes to be told the mechanic want in yet. Left waiting room after two hours. Held for 10 minutes, then line died. Asked on phone to have someone call me. Nothing. Showed back up at dealer at 3:30. “Let me check”. Had to walk around the garage to see my car was gone and nothing had been done. Ridiculous. Normally they have been good with my car but staffing shortages and refusal to give any updates mean this may be the end for me. I wasted my entire day. More
