Good Morning, I arrived 11/11/2023 @8:00 a. m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I sat waiting in my car over 45 minutes for Thomas to acknowledge me. He continued to take cars/trucks of customers m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. I sat waiting in my car over 45 minutes for Thomas to acknowledge me. He continued to take cars/trucks of customers who arrived after me. When I confronted him he wanted to argue. By this time Jennifer walked up and processed me. had 9am appt. for oil change. Did not leave until about 12:45pm. Rashi Chevalier was great as service advisor and kept me updated. I left my brief case in cashier for oil change. It took several days for someone to call me back after my car was towed to the service center. Voice mails were not available to leave a message for a call back. Was initially told it would be ready the same week, but it took 25 days for me to get my car back. Communication was poor. I had to call many many times to receive updates. 95 % of the time I was transferr it took 25 days for me to get my car back. Communication was poor. I had to call many many times to receive updates. 95 % of the time I was transferred to an answering machine or just hung up on. The only redeeming quality is that I believe the issue was fixed. I am disappointed by the lack of communication. More
