We towed my car and the first call I received was a request to buy the car, "not we have received your car and the problem is ..." as I would have like for my first call at least. The next call I rec request to buy the car, "not we have received your car and the problem is ..." as I would have like for my first call at least. The next call I received, via voice message stated "this thing" won't even start. The tow company drove my car out of my driveway and on to the tow truck. We had to call several times to find out what was wrong with the car and my husband actually had to provide the diagnostic codes. When we sent the tow truck back to pickup the car, they refused to allow the pickup because of a diagnostic charge. I spoke with my representative in detail about expenses and this was never mentioned. We had to wait until the representative returned from her days off to have the car picked up by the tow company. So we paid for the diagnostic, just to get the car back. Awful experience, wouldn't recommend them to an enemy. More
I took my car in for the 60,000 mile check up and now my car fan won't stop, engine light won't go off, SD card light stated that it had been removed, Radio system malfunctioning, Brake Assist Service light car fan won't stop, engine light won't go off, SD card light stated that it had been removed, Radio system malfunctioning, Brake Assist Service light comes on and off, Temperature gauge, Gas hand gauge malfunctioning, and other things happening due to being told that I needed a tune-up where they changed the spark plugs and after that this is when the craziness began with my 2020 Equinox that didn't have a xxxx thang wrong with it before they put the spark plugs supposedly in it. Now you're telling me that I need a thermostat for a xxxx car that is still new? Do you think I'm BOO THE FOOL and I DON'T HAVE STUPID WRITTEN ACROSS MY FOREHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IF YOU ALL DON'T KNOW THAT STEVE RAYMAN DOES NOT OWN THE DEALERSHIP ANYMORE. THIS IS WHY THIS DEALERSHIP HAS GONE TO xxxx. More
Had an oil change and tire rotation. Noise was a exhaust clamp that would require an hour to fix.
