I am thankful for the pleasant experience I had with Gregory in the Service Dept. I let them know prior to coming what the issue was and confirmed via phone it was under warranty. I brought it in, they said they’d update me during the day, I called 3 times for an update and couldn’t ge confirmed via phone it was under warranty. I brought it in, they said they’d update me during the day, I called 3 times for an update and couldn’t get one. I dropped my car off at 8, received a call at 4:30 that they didn’t have the part so my time was wasted. Said it’s protocol but at the very least you could have had the part ordered and proved to Chevy the issue and then had the part on hand to replace. Also did not offer a loaner car. Poor communication. I try to avoid this place like the plague cause it’s something every time. More
