What more do you need to hear? Your staff left my car dirty following the oil change and tire rotation. It took me 15 minutes to clean the car, in the rain so I could drive home. I have to get my car detailed and shampoo my seats to get the oil stains out. As I sat there cleaning, several staff just walked by.
