Did not put brake pads in my car. Brake pads are 100% faded, rotors damaged, I almost got into a wreck. They refused to do service for my engine even when I had all records of what the other dealership did and that the other dealership were willing to communicate with Steve Rayman dealership. Apparently an inspection was done but it seems that they didn't do it or didn't do it properly. I do not recommend going here. More

I called and scheduled my new Equinox, that I've barely had for 3 months to be serviced due to a malfunctioning screen and the service rep offered me to go ahead and do my oil change since it would be due had for 3 months to be serviced due to a malfunctioning screen and the service rep offered me to go ahead and do my oil change since it would be due soon-it was offered as convenience and appreciated. My cousin went to the dealership to get something out of my vehicle before leaving to go out of town. While she was at the dealership in the service dept, she was told that my vehicle wasn't even in their log (1st red flag). Then apparently a rep tried to give my cousin my keys because the issue of concern is well known, however, there is no current resolution at this time. Someone was going to give my truck keys to someone that didn't have any details or info on the make/model/year/color of my truck, yet someone was just going to release it to her! This was around 11:30am yesterday, and I still had not received from the dealership advising me of anything about my vehicle's status. My cousin was not asked her name/relation/etc. but was just offered to take my car because there was no current resolution to the issue (Customer Privacy? Protection?) I called the service dept. with my cousin merged into the call, and whoever I spoke with took my name and phone number down and said she was going "to hunt her manager down and stand beside him until he called me--he NEVER did, so another failed promise. In addition, the oil change was not properly scheduled so that was not done either. I am very displeased with the customer service I received regarding this issue. Y'all had no problem taking my money, making sure all your forms and documents were properly provided/signed, etc. BUT your service department is a joke, and it doesn't seem to bother any of your employees within that dept. I showed up to the dealership after work to get my truck-again, I received NO calls at any time throughout the day yesterday updating me, advising me of what's going on, etc. I questioned the completion time when I picked the truck up after 5pm, and was told that it was finished earlier Monday morning. Horrible, horrible customer service, and to be completely honest, I don't know if I even want to continue business (required maintenance, services as needed, etc.) with your establishment due to this encounter. More

Wish that they mechanic or service advisor told me a little more regarding my car during my multipoint inspection. My battery died a week later. Gary would not allow me to bring used car to an independent mechanic to check out the car before purchasing nor would he allow me to bring the independent mechanic to the dealership. He bullied me independent mechanic to check out the car before purchasing nor would he allow me to bring the independent mechanic to the dealership. He bullied me into signing the contract without an inspection and the car has toxic fumes leaking into the cabin everytime we turn on the heat or AC. I brought the car to the service department and they say they don't smell anything. Very unsatified. More
