I was scheduled for a oil change on a Thursday afternoon and they were very busy. I was greeted after a short time. I didn't see Scott who was my assigned Service Advisor. Reggie assured me that I would be and they were very busy. I was greeted after a short time. I didn't see Scott who was my assigned Service Advisor. The first salesperson that I got was extremely rude arrogant and condescending then when I come back and I decide on the car then the financing part changes because I was supposed to have a 8.08% then arrogant and condescending then when I come back and I decide on the car then the financing part changes because I was supposed to have a 8.08% then it changes to 9.94% then I'm getting letters saying that I don't have financing or something and I'm trying to figure that out this whole experience has not been anything that I've dealt with before and I was truly unhappy and one point I was almost about to walk away and as I think of it if I could return this car nothing is wrong with the car but if I could return this car I would but I did receive the car with the faulty cigarette lighter so my appliances that I plug into what I have to play with the cigarette lighter and the windshield wipers were horrible for the amount I paid everything should have been in exemplary condition More
