Customer service was lackluster from beginning to end. It was really challenging to make an appointment (online portal didn’t work and nobody ever answered the phones) . Made an appointment, but when I got there there was no availability for them to actually work on it. The process took almost a month, they only took care of 1/2 of my issues and it always took me texting or calling to get any kind of update. Will never go back. More
I visited the service department about three weeks ago. When I originally called to set my appointment , I told them about the issue I was having with my door because I had to start my car with a dead fob. The person on the phone said that she noted my concerns and set my appointment. When I arrived, they told me there was no one there that could fix it & to try coming Mon-Fri. I work Mon-Fri which is why I inquired about the door for my Saturday appt. Then, after my service, they informed me that two of the lugs on my tires were stripped. They are the only people who do my tire rotations so it was THEM who stripped them. I was then informed that I had to purchase two new lugs. I agreed but when it was time for me to checkout, I was informed that they didn’t have any lugs in stock and I was forced to leave with TWO of my tires not securely on. More

Steve Rayman Chevrolet holds a special space in my heart. It stand off kinda rocky, but they went over and beyond to exceed my expectations. Mr. Thomas (the service director) especially.
