Our fleet truck was there for over 4 months. Zero communication to us regarding progress. The only updates that we received came from me calling.. We were given a loaner truck, but when we called them to let them know the loaner truck was due for an oil change, we were told to bring it in and get another. This time we were told that trucks were not an option for loaners. We then had to go rent one until the repairs were finally made. Not at all satisfied with the service department. More
