I'm trying to figure out some of these charges, for a 2018 base model Traverse my oil change/tire rotation was $170.12. That seems a bit high considering I have a 2016 Toyota Sequoia that I just had the 2018 base model Traverse my oil change/tire rotation was $170.12. That seems a bit high considering I have a 2016 Toyota Sequoia that I just had the same services done at Marietta Toyota and it cost me $123.26 for a V8 full-size SUV. I called John Thornton Chevy and the same services are $89.95/plus tax. What "shop supplies" for $15.70 am I being charged for and if they were not all used can I have the remainder? Also, there's a $33.95 cleaner fee, what is this, my car wasn't washed or vacuumed?? I could see a $200 oil change/tire rotation if this was a Porsche but on a Chevy Traverse this is outrageous, I'll be taking my business to John Thornton Chevy being its roughly $80 cheaper More
The technician was somewhat helpful but seemed very reluctant to help. I came in to investigate a leak in my tire. It took less than an hour for the technician to let me know there is a crack in the wheel rim. He said GM no longer makes these rims so they can't buy it for me, and I'd have to get them on my own. Which is fine, but he would not give me the part number and said just search for your car -- but I didn't know any of the specs or part number. He eventually helped find the part number, and when I was leaving he wouldn't give me a copy of the visit report, which I've always gotten in my prior visits. He also did not provide a quote for the tire pressure sensors I asked for. It seemed as if as soon as he realized they can't get the wheel part, he decided he wouldn't want to help me anymore. I've had good experience with the dealership in the past, but this visit disappointed me. More
Very unprofessional here. I brought my car to them in December of 2023, Ive had to call several times to check on the status of my car. If i did not keep calling, they would have never updated me on what was going on with my car. They continued to give me the run around for months. I did not receive my car until April 22nd. I didnt understand why you wouldn’t call your customers in regards to you having their property. Not to mention, when I did call, no one could give me answers and NO ONE WAS WORKING ON MY CAR THE WHOLE TIME. Lastly, after receiving my car, my engine light is still on. Waste of 4 months and I would personally never go back here. More
The time it took for someone to check me in and check me out was way too long. I waited at least 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me there. She then told me an oil change was 84 dollars but ended up being 102. Wanted to charge me 70+ dollars for an in cabin air filter that you can purchase for $13.00 at any auto store. I will definitely stay away from this dealership. More
My chevy malibu had an side mirror repair that needed to be scheduled I was given the run around for about two weeks (2024/04/15) on how this part supposed to be ordered (this is after talking to two differ be scheduled I was given the run around for about two weeks (2024/04/15) on how this part supposed to be ordered (this is after talking to two different advisors and the head of parts department.) I was informed after calling back (2024/04/22) that I need to pay for the part for it to be ordered(I was not previously told this by the above mentioned individuals.) The part came in (2024/04/25) and my car was repaired (2024/04/26) after the repair my passenger door (the door with the mirror repair) does not open or close from the inside or outside, This car has 17k miles and did not previously have this new problem till after the repair. More
Very alarming experience from the beginning disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived 4/1/24 just to be told I didn’t have an appointment shortly after my husband received a call that it was a miscommunica and unprofessional. I arrived 4/1/24 just to be told I didn’t have an appointment shortly after my husband received a call that it was a miscommunication it was accidentally scheduled for the next day I was still taken but while waiting to speak with service advisor staff was speaking about reprimanding another staff member for a error while taking customers on a busy day as if thats not alarming to hear as a new customer. Over a week later while my vehicle was being looked at the senior mechanic quit due to treatment in work place. I never felt professionally advised on what steps to take or that the vehicle was serviced or repaired adequately. After A gruesome several weeks, my car was finally returned, but not in the same condition as it was bought in due to me having an electrical issue repaired somehow my display screen was no longer working ! After dealing with these stressful several weeks ,we honestly just felt as if we just wanted our car returned and to never ever come back to this dealership again or recommend any family friends or colleagues to ever use this dealership either . I still haven’t driven my car due to me being with child and I am honestly scared to operate the vehicle so my husband has been using the vehicle in the meantime . I hope this is taking into consideration and adjusted moving forward but I will never return to any Steve Rayman dealership . More
