They had my car 2 days without telling me they were keeping it over night, They dropped off my vehicle & left it in a reserved spot & got me ticketed. The mechanic didn’t do what I asked he suggest something and did it without notifying me. When I got home my car never started back up. Oh my God, Jennifer was my service tech and she was amazing. I will only use her from now on. I usually buy my cars from SR; however, I bought this car at Carl Black.
