I first meet Roger the Sales Assoc. he was a joy to work with, reminded me of a friend and treated me like one to. He was excited to help me find the truck for me. We started out at the service department because our passenger seat was coming apart. After that we decided to look at the Avalanches. We started out with a gentleman named Lynn and when we went in he notice we used Mike Bell before when we bought our 2010 Chevy pickup. Both men helped us out and were very nice. I told them the price range for my payments and that I would not go over it. We didn't care for the rims that were on the vehicle so they even switch them out which saved us money. Brian was also very nice and got the us the payment range we wanted. Then once the vehicle was ready Ray took us out and showed us how to work everything. That was really great because you use to have to figure it out on your own. We enjoyed our time with all the men that help us. We couldn't have asked for better people. Mike even gave us a car to drive to do some things we need to do and have lunch while they were getting the vehicle ready. I would definitely tell my friends to go there. We found the perfect vehicle, and we were able to work with Dan Schian to find the best financing option. After we purchased the vehicle, we met with Ray Whitlow who showed us how to work all of the features of the car, including On-Star, XM and even how to sync up the bluetooth and other features. He was patient and answered all of our questions, and he was also quite funny. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely work with them again. More
