Went to Steve Rayman Chevrolet for the Amnesty Program on July 15,2013. Test drove a vehicle with Cole.Signed 30 day limited warranty. Finalized with Cory and drove off. Less than 3 weeks later, engine light July 15,2013. Test drove a vehicle with Cole.Signed 30 day limited warranty. Finalized with Cory and drove off. Less than 3 weeks later, engine light on and no warranty in sales packet.Waiting for a copy. Vehicle not safe to drive. Now Cory says Steve Rayman has no connection to my purchase. For discount and warranty if it's the engine I need to have it towed to repair shop in Covington,GA. No one at Steve Rayman has yet to return my calls or emails. Buyer Beware because this program does not help you, it only adds to your problem. Shame on you Steve Rayman for allowing this to happen to the people you claim you want to help!!! More

There are really only two things I hate in life: 1) going to the dentist and 2) buying a new car. Yesterday I visited Steve Rayman Chevrolet dealership to just look at the possibilities of trading my truck f to the dentist and 2) buying a new car. Yesterday I visited Steve Rayman Chevrolet dealership to just look at the possibilities of trading my truck for a smaller SUV. I met with Ben Golzer and told him up front what I was looking for and what I could do. He listened to what I said and then proceeded to explore with me the possibilities of cars available. I must say that right off the bat I was impressed with Mr. Golzer handled the situation. The best part was I didn’t feel pressured on being held at bay while waiting. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. After finding a car I wanted Ben took over and got the process started. He had my truck appraised and we began the paper work to purchase the new car. After about 3 hours I walked out of the dealership with a great feeling of doing the right thing. Mr. Golzer made me feel at ease but more than that he changed my attitude about buying a car. I will return and well as send all my friends to Steve Rayman Chevrolet for my next car. It was so easy and quick. No one wasted my time! I must say there is a true family spirit among those who work at Steve Rayman. Their customer service representatives were very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I met did their job efficiently and quickly. Signing the final papers was so quick I didn’t know what to think. So easy and stress free and the wait time was minimal. After signing the paperwork a technology person, Ray Whitlow, met with me to discuss the technology in the car. He helped me setup OnStar, Satellite radio, and blue tooth in my car as well as answer any questions I had. Here again, Mr. Whitlow was through but handled the situation quickly. He did not rush or push me along but made sure I was happy with everything before he let me go. This dealership is top notch!! Customer service is top rated and they truly care about the customer! Don’t even consider going anywhere else for they are the best! Thanks for an amazing experience and I love my new car!! More

Robert was our sales man and he was so patient with me and answered all of my questions without me feeling 'bullied' into buying anything. After deciding on a new Chevy Cruz, Susan was incredible at making sure she went step by step to outline exactly what was included in the car. It was late at night and she didn't care, she wanted me to be 100% positive this was the car and we would be given the right price. After that, Ray was probably the funniest and best person we dealt with and was so informative on exactly what was in my car, the ins and outs and just overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for caring about your customers!! You all were just AMAZING!
