We immediately brought the car to your dealership. Billy Hembree, Janet and all of the good people at Steve Rayman were reassuring and handled every aspect of the repairs. From dealing with the company to securing reimbursement for a new engine, to handling our rental to returning our car as good as new, we couldn't be more pleased with how professional they were. They went above and beyond for us at every turn. Because of their knowledge, capability and attitude, what could have been a very upsetting experience turned into one that would make us recommend the dealer to anyone who asks. More

Mike was given the VIN # off a current fleet vehicle of ours, and went to great lenghts to source a truck in current inventory to meet our request of replacing a manager vehicle as soon as possible. While very few Colorado's were available at this time, Mike kept me informed as to status, and gave me confidence that he was on it, so I didn't have to contemplate looking elsewhere or at different options. Mike was also presented with a trade-in option during this process, and believe a fair price was quoted for our 2002 Ford Ranger. The $1,000.00 rebate, along with 5 years zero interest, as well as a $500.00 Lowes Gift card made it an easy decision to finalize. Mike meet with our sign company at his lot, to identify vehicle to be lettered and logo'd. Mike finalized the deal by delivering the truck in person, and sitting down and spending time going over the paper work, warranty, recommended service, and 5year 100,00 mile roadside assistance and loaner vehicle program. With customer service like this, a quote has been asked for on a separate vehicle that wasn't being looked at through Chevy. Another trade-in (F-150) was looked at while on site as well. More

Hi my name is Dallas and I'm from Winterville,Georgia. My father and I listened for months to the advertisements for Steve Rayman Chevorlet and at the time I was'nt in the market for a vehicle. As fate would have it a storm blew a tree onto my 2000 Dodge Intrepid and totaled my car. My car was older so I didnt get much for it so I was thinking something that I didnt have to make payments on but could'nt find the quality used car I was looking for. I decided to go on the internet and check out Steve Rayman. I was connected with an internet sales person within less than 24 hours. I found a 2007 honda accord that I liked and made an appointment to go see Chris Cameron the internet salesperson that I spoke with. I arrived at te dealership with my niece and 16 month old granddaughter intow. I was greeted by Chris Cameron as if I were family and just so you know everyone in the show room are experienced peek-a-boo players and they kept Makenzie laughing as well as my niece. As the fates would have it again after searching the dealership Chris discovered that the vehicle I wanted had been purchased by another dealership. I was so upset but Chris went and spoke with Steve Rayman who happened to be at the dealership that day. Chris briefed him on what had gone on with the honda.Chris came back and stated that Steve told him to put me in any vehicle that I wanted for the same payment I was willing to make fo my inconvience. Chris also told me that if I didnt find anything on the lot that they would find a honda just like the one I had come to purchase. Well I did find a car that I liked better than the Honda with less miles and great gas milage. I got a 2010 Chevy Cobalt and I love it.They worked really hard at making me a satisfied customer. I purchased a vehicle from Steve Rayman on last year in June 2010. Since last year I have had to have several major repair work done on this vehicle. Each time I take this vechicle for service it is always June 2010. Since last year I have had to have several major repair work done on this vehicle. Each time I take this vechicle for service it is always something major that is needed. And most of the time when a recommendation is stated it has already been done which tells me they are not keeping good records of service they provide to vehicles. On my last visit on August 22, 2011 I recieved the worse service ever!!!! My water pump needed replacing and it was suppose to be covered under my life time warranty that was given to me at the time of my purchase but I was denied due to my contract being illegally atlered without my knowledge. It was at this time that I found out that the contract I recieved from the this dealer had been illegally altered after it was given to me without my knowledge of this. I only found this out after I spoke with the vendor who honors the contract stating that the copy of the contract I had was different from the one they had and that is why they denied my claim. The vendor did fax me a copy of the contract they had to show proof that the one I had in my possession was different and had been altered. I brought this to the dealer and service manager attention but no one has even followed up with me regarding this serious matter as of today. I was treated so harshed and rude by the service department when trying to get this matter resolved. This matter still has not been resolved..... More
When I entered the service department Mike? was there and waited on me immediately. He said it wouldn't take long to have my oil changed. Then as I was walking into your service area to wait for my vehicle E waited on me immediately. He said it wouldn't take long to have my oil changed. Then as I was walking into your service area to wait for my vehicle Enrique spotted me and came right over. He wanted to make sure that I was already taken care of. Both were very friendly and courteous and wanted to ensure my stay was comfortable and accommodating. This customer service was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys. More

I have had a terrible experience since I purchased my first american vehicle! Within 3-5 days of taking my vehicle, the ignition would not turn off! Thank God I was just up the street and someone was s first american vehicle! Within 3-5 days of taking my vehicle, the ignition would not turn off! Thank God I was just up the street and someone was still in the service dept. (It was close to 6pm) My seat belt froze within the first month and the dealer couldn't get it loose as well so the part was ordered but 3 days after being frozen the seat belt finally loosened. I didn't have the parts installed but I should have because the seat belt has frozen 3 or 4 more times since then and it takes up to 1 to 3 days for it to loosen; I haven't figured this out yet. I go in for my fist oil change and the dealer no longer accepts their points promotion when I bought the vehicle.(They could have honored at least the first free oil change) I have had an ongoing problem with something making noise in my suspension. The dealer states that there is nothing that they can see and the one day I drove with the service manager I couldn't duplicate the noise but the noise is very much there. I got the impression that service didn't want to take anything a part to actually find out. I was told that they test drove it and "eyeballed it" and nothing was seen or hear. I don't know if the vehicle is just not put together well. In the winter, it appears that the body has to be lubed a lot because when I go over a certain dip on a certain highway when the vehicle bounces it squeeks. No one in service has been able to tell me why other than that it needs lubing. Nobody seems to care about my experience. My last couple of visits, my oil life wasn't reset, I don't believe the 27 point inspection was done because I didn't get a sheet telling me what the results were from the inspection.(So I don't know about my tires, brakes, etc.) I have sold lots of cars by word of mouth to family, friends, and coworkers.(I would say somewhere between 50 to 100 vehicles) A lot of people trust my opinion. You better believe I'm telling people not to buy a Chevy. More
