Mike and Sherry we very low pressure and likeable sales people that made sure we understood the benefits of the vehicle and then let us decide if it was the vehicle for us. We were actively negotiating with two other dealerships at that time and their genuine and sincere disposition is why we chose Steve Rayman Chevrolet. Dan Schian and Ray Whitlow were also excellent! They made sure we understood each step and at no point did I feel like I was being given a boiler plate statments. All genuine people. I feel like they really understood my situation and tailored to it. The only negative comment that I had was with Ben Golzer. I am addressing this because both me and my wife were offended during this interaction. We didn't even know that he had offended us both as we remained polite and professional during the converation and didn't even bring it up to each other until we were leaving. The interationt happened while we were negotiating the price of the car. We were having some coffee and struck up a conversation with Ben. During that time he asked what car we were looking at and what we thought about it. We expressed our opinion of the pros and cons of the vehicle (we had done our homework) and his reaction to the cons was to pretend that they did not exist, our information was bad and that he had no idea what we were talking about. When my wife tried to make a joke to break the tension he then pretended to not understand the joke. His impression still leaves us with a bad feeling of that small part of an overall good experience. It's what prevents me from giving all 5 stars. Overall, Mike, Sherry, Ray and Dan are the best. We will be back for our next car and asking for them. More
