Spent plenty of time researching dealerships and vehicles and I decided to visit Steve Rayman. I wasn't disappointed at all, friendly and non-pushy staff, honest and straight forward. I pulled in needing an oil change for my 2010 Tahoe and I told Ronnie I had a little less than an hour and no appointment. I had to pick up my child from daycare and could not be late. My normal experience with oil changes is that they take at least an hour. Ronnie said he understood and had me out of there in 20 MINUTES! I didn't even have time to finish the work email I had begun in the waiting room. I'd also like to brag on the new facilities at Steve Rayman. I visited the old buildings and also while everything was under construction. I have to say, the new facilities are awesome. So modern, clean looking, and everything is nicely labeled for costomers. I had no idea it would turn out so great. The dervice lounge is by far the nicest I've ever been in and I've been to every kind of car dealership you can think of. Well done, architects! I did not choose Steve Raymon Chevrolet but I am so pleased that my wife and I ended up in their care. We were welcomed from the time we drove in the parking lot. Jennifer remained with us all day and even after closing to insure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Jennifer made this buying experience enjoyable. Daryl did wonders with the numbers to keep them where we needed them. We finished with the car we came for and at the price we wanted to pay - without loosing options or accessories. I was on my way out of town on vacation, with the motorcycle loaded in the back of the truck. As I headed out of town, I sprang a leak in my thermostat housing pipe and started leaking coolant every motorcycle loaded in the back of the truck. I tried a couple of parts houses on the way out to see if I could get a replacement and repair the truck but no one carried the part I needed. Starting to heat up, I headed to Steve Rayman to see if they could help me. Barely making it, I pulled up at the garages and immediately encountered Tibi. He was very friendly and helped with some water and pointed me to the Service/Parts desk. At the Parts desk, I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Sellers. He was super friendly and even more helpful. After checking his inventory and making calls to other locations, it looked as if I was stuck. Then, all of a sudden, Rick pulled some magic out of his hat and somehow had a part on it's way to the dealership - took less than 1 hour total time. Risk went above and beyond by finding the part on such short notice and having it delivered to me. He also handled this with a very friendly attitude. Tibi was extremely helpful with the truck. If I had to guess, Rick and Tibi were part owners of the dealership. They acted as if it where their dealership and they were taking care of a long-time friend. I applied to see if qualified for loan on internet. Amber Green called me and asked if I was still interested. She was very courteous and professional. When I arrived early she was very professional doing paper work and then introduced me to Rick Cobb She went up to main showroom and got my wife and I some cold water. Rick Cobb went over creit application and report to see what we may qualify for that would fit into my payment criteria. Amber Green then went and got the cars and went on test drive with us. We weren't interested in any of the used cars and she took us back to Rick Cobb and he ask if we might be interested in new car. Then Amber Green walked us up on the main lot in 90 degree weather to see which of the new cars we would be interested in. We picked out a Chevrolet Sonic LT and she took us back to Rick Cobb. Then she went back up to back of main lot and brought car down to test drive. Amber was very informative about the car. She then took us back to Rick Cobb who sent us up to Ivan Koltan to finish finance and paperwork. By this time it was after 8PM closing time. Ivan Koltan was very polite and worked very hard to meet payment that I could afford. And then Ray Whitlow III went over warranty and explained the accessories on the car and helped us set up OnStar explained Sirrus radio and went over the equipment on my new car. Amber Green, Rick Cobb, Ray Whitlow III, and Ivan Koltan stay well past closing time on Friday night until 10:30 PM More
