Worst car experience I have ever had. Right from the start, I couldn't even test drive the vehicle I was interested in until I filled out the credit app, listed 5 personal references and offered everthi start, I couldn't even test drive the vehicle I was interested in until I filled out the credit app, listed 5 personal references and offered everthing short of my first born. It took hours, then off to the credit manager, who LIED to me and told me I had to purchase the extended warranty, gap insurance and a Lojack, because it was required by the credit union in order to get a lower interest rate. Like a fool I did it, however as soon as I had the financial institution information I contacted them and was told that NONE of those things were required. So it took me over 2 weeks to get it all cancelled, and only after contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Georgia Dept of Consumer Affairs. The really interesting ending to this story is 3 weeks after purchasing my first vehicle thru Steve Rayman, I went to Bill Holt Chevrolet in Canton,GA and in less than 2 hours drove off with a NEW 2012 pickup for my husband AND with an interest rate much lower than what was offered at Steve Rayman More
The customer service was great. They were able to sell me a car even with the credit challenges I was facing but the monthly payments were higher than I expected them to be. I anticipated a payment around 300.00 and ended up with 115.00 more. I figured my credit issues were preventing me from getting a lower finance rate. The car I purchased was not an old car with high miles but a 2009 Honda Civic with less than 45,000 miles. The down payment was pretty high as well but they gave me the opportunity to make two easy payments. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who may be looking to purchase a decent vehicle with very little hassle. Thanks Steve Rayman Chevrolet. More

I went to Steve Rayman Chevrolet to look at new vehicles after my previous Chevrolet got damaged in an accident. Roger Williamson helped me select a new car. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products that Chevrolet has to offer. Since buying a new car can be overwhelming, he made it as painless as could be. He had my new vehicle on site the next day and assured me that if I needed anything else somebody would be there to assist me. I would recommend Steve Rayman if you live in the Atlanta area and want a new or used Chevrolet. Their location is convenient and just a few miles outside the perimeter. Ray Whitlow was also helpful in demonstrating how to use all of the gadgets and accessories that you otherwise would have to learn about in the owner's manual. More
Our experience at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was nothing short of fantastic!! When we arrived it was about 4:30 on a Saturday. The dealership had recently undergone a renovation. Shiny floors and up to speed with the latest in technology and nice comfortable seating areas for meetings. The young lady at the information desk, in the entrance, met us with a smile, as she directed both me and my wife. We met, sat down with and spoke with Tim Barnett,Sr. He listened to us and introduced us to Ivan-a sales manager. After further discussion with Ivan, we met Tim Barnett,Jr.. He also listened to us and what we had in mind. After an very UN-pretensive chat, we were introduced to Caleb. Our new car salesman was Caleb and he was attentive to my wants and needs, in a vehicle. He was honest with answers to questions we asked and if he didn't have the answer right away, he found it. We drove a couple of different trucks and finally decided on the 2012 Chevy Colorado. During the process of the transaction the entire staff was very courteous and helpful. The potentially ugly part - financing - was far from that. Don't recall her name now but, she was very personable and presented our options with real world numbers. Numbers that we were comfortable with and that made sense. She answered our questions in a confident and concise manner. Near the end of the sale, we met Ray "The Delivery Guy". Ray seemed to be able to handle about a dozen things at once. He was very professional and knew his stuff. By the time we met Ray, it was going on 10pm - "I think they closed at 7!". We hadn't eaten since earlier in the day and were extremely hungry and understandably, they were too. The being said, it was a mutual agreement for me to return a few days later for the intro to my truck, i.e. OnStar, XM radio and the rest of the features. I called Ray and returned a couple of days later. We sat down and he explained all the benefits of the services available to me via my purchase. Caleb asked for my keys. Ray asked him to fill my tank with fuel, for my inconvenience of having to return. That was a really nice gesture and very much appreciated. Ray and I finished up and off I went. This was all about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I've had two calls from Caleb and a followup from Ray. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Steve Rayman Chevrolet and happy to do business with that professional team. I'll definitely be returning for my next vehicle purchase.
