These guys were great. I went into to dealership because a co-worker just purchased a car and said that it was very pleasant and the people were great. I was looking to get back into a fullsize Chevy again. I worked with Mike picking out the truck I wanted and he really knew his Chevys. Dan handled all of the paper work and explained all of my options quickly and professionally. Ray went through all of the bells and whistles on the truck. He made the experience fun and enjoyable. Johnny was called in because of a hole in the door panel and explained he would order a new one and would replace it. I had a message come up and he explained why and what to do. I will definitly recommend this dealership to my friends and co-workers. More
They were very focused and made sure I were fully informed of all of the features of my new car purchase. I have been to other dealers trying to purchase an automobile and they all turned me down informed of all of the features of my new car purchase. I have been to other dealers trying to purchase an automobile and they all turned me down due to my credit. Sure I have some financial issues; but I still need and want a new car. During my purchase of my Equinox at Steve Raymen, we were treated very well, it was a nice and friendly atmosphere. The salesmen could have been a little more knowledgable about the vehicles but over all wer treated very well, it was a nice and friendly atmosphere. I went in with questions about rebates that may help me get out of my car. I was just starting the buying cycle but found out that the day i went in (june 30th 2012) was probably the best day for me go . get out of my car. I was upfront about my current financial and credit situations and they ran the numbers to see what they could help me with. My salesman Klay made sure that I was comfortable and kept me updated on how things were looking for me. He seemed genuinely happy for me when I was approved and got the car that I wanted. Brian (the finance officer) made sure that I got the car at the best price possible. The even worked with me on my crappy trade-in. The accommodations where good, the staff was friendly and the car... well I love the car and i can afford it, so I don't see how my visit could've been better. More

When I initially visited the dealership on 5/19/12, I had no intentions of purchasing that day. My goal was to view the inventory and check pricing for a purchase later in the year. I had a 2007 Dodge Char no intentions of purchasing that day. My goal was to view the inventory and check pricing for a purchase later in the year. I had a 2007 Dodge Charger that I absolutely love and put a lot of TLC into it, including regular/routine maintenance & upgrades such as 22" chrome rims, side vents, rear vents,etc. I absolutely loved my car but gave it up on 5/19/12. I have never had a new vehicle purchase go so smoothly before. I have what I think is considered good credit and felt I would be approved but didn't know it would happen so fast and without heartache. Elaine & Tony were the 1st people I met and talked to. They made the difference. The made me feel comfortable and assured me they could help me out. After viewing the inventory, I set my eyes on the Equinox and decided to talk further with them. While talking, they appraised the value of my charger and brought me back some numbers in less than an hour's time, more like 30 minutes. I told them I had no money to put down because I had no plans of buying that day. I also told them I wanted a lower car not than I had been paying. Tony looked and smiled then said, I'll be right back. He went to speak with "Blondi" about my deal and after a few minutes came back with an offer only a fool would refuse. After accepting the inital proposal, they processed everything and I was on my way to owning a 2012 Chevy Equinox with 10 miles on it--fresh out of delivery! As the evening drew to a close, I was walked over to Dan Shian to sign the paperwork and accept my deal and my new vehicle. Dan was very pleasant and welcoming. He explained everything to me and we completed the process in less than 30 minutes. The interest rate & payment I received was far less than the original estimate provided by Tony & Blondi. They obviously didn't stop until they found a financial institution that would give me the best offer. I ended up with monhtly payments $200 less than the vehilce I traded. This night eneded on a high not for me...a drive out tag was placed on the vehicle and I headed home, happy as ever!! I returned to the dealership on Monday, 5/21 to meet Ray Whitlow for dealership & vehicle orientation. He was unaware of my visit because I somewhat "popped" up without an appointment. Nonetheless, he greeted me & took me into his office to get started. Everything was handled professionally and with much courtesy. With dialogued about life, family, work & the world while completing the task at hand simultaneously. As we were heading outside to setup the Onstar, Satellite Radio & Bluetooth features, Dan Shian passed us by and stopped to shake my hand...calling me by name. That was absolutely wonderful to me. It seemed so personal. It was a very busy day that Saturday I came in and he saw/processed lots of deals but he managed to remember my name...WOW! At any rate, Ray and I finished up and I was all set to thoroughly enjoy my new vehicle. I purposely waited until now to write this review just in case I had a change of hear about my vehicle and my experience. No need for waiting, I'm completely satisfied. In the month I've owned the vehilce, I've travelled to Mississippi and Illinois...two of the best trips I've taken in a vehilce. The Equinox is great on gas, a nice ride and just overall the best decision I've made in purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Steve Rayman, I told my experience to several and to date have sent 3 people to the dealership! Kudos to you all! More
