So last week monday my husband and I went to Steve Raymand to see what he could get in the near future. When we got there we were greeted by Alicia who was very friendly. After about five hours I could'nt believe it they got us into a nice car that we actually wanted with low miles. I mean the same day with very little of a down payment. The experience that we had at Steve Rayman Chevrolet was one of a kind. The moment we walked through the door we felt welcomed. Ashley, the receptionist, was very sweet and welcoming. She wasted no time getting a hold of Klay who actually put us in our beautiful car. Klay was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He wasn't pushy like most dealers. I would definitely recommend all of my prospective friends to speak with Klay, or anyone for that matter. I'm sure everyone at Steve Rayman would treat our friends just as well as Klay treated us. Susan, the finance manager, was very sweet and knowledgeable as well. Usually when signing for things of this price or magnitude it can make one feel uneasy but that wasn't the case with Susan. She made us feel very comfortable and took her time explaining everything (the fine print). She even took the time telling us about how we can lower our car payment in less than a year. I was extremely impressed. The last person we spoke with was Ray Whitlow. No disrespect to Susan or Klay but Ray was by far our favorite person at the dealership. Ray was nice, knowledgeable, and most imporantly, hilarious. In my opinion, if you can make a customer genuinely laugh, that's a majority of the battle. We would come back just to sit in Ray's office all day if we could. What I liked most about Steve Rayman Chevrolet was honesty. Everyone was honest and made us feel welcomed. We wanted a 2010 Chevy Silverado, grey/silver, low miles, good condition for around 20k..pipe dream I know. Well after visiting 4 local dealerships, we came across Steve Rayman Chevrolet, needless to say it became our last stop. Our salesman, Derrick came upon us after a very trying day, he was polite and kind. He showed us what he had in used trucks and we thanked him and said those trucks are not what we are looking for. He asked what we were looking for and said he would check if there was anything out there. He came back and started to point us to new Chevy's. Well we knew this was out of the question. But we figured we would see what he could offer. We sat in the office while he worked a deal for us. When he came back with the numbers I had to literally stand up and pull the paper close to me to see the price. When he said DEAL, he meant what he said!!! It was to good to pass up, I mean it was a SHOCK!! We then went to meet Dan in financing, no problems there. People if you are going to go shop for a auto know your numbers and what you can and can't afford, it's that simple. There was a small glitch with pricing (not Dan's fault) that my husband noticed, they saw the mistake and corrected it right away. Dan was helpful and personable. We met with Art, a very wonderful GM, we thanked him for the deal and he said "I knew it would work out for what you were looking for." Last but not least Ray (social media)!! Hmmm...quirky, witty, forever looking for his keys Ray!! He lives up to his title of SOCIAL!! He went over the bells and whistles and reminded me how important word of mouth is. I am a Yelper, but I only read reviews and do not like to post. But I decided if my experience is good or bad people should know. Thanks Ray for reminding me, that sometimes it is helpful to others to hear what you might have to say. With all the above being said, Thank you to Steve Rayman Chevrolet! Derrick, Dan, Art and Ray you make management proud. Ohh..what did my husband get a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD Ext CAB LT Graystone Metallic V8. The DEAL..well if you read what I wrote earlier it came damne close to that price of what we where looking for, that it was an offer we could not refuse. Thanks guys!! I went to trade my Tahoe in for a new vehicle. The staff was absolutely amazing! Mike Bell, Sales Professional, met me at the entrance of the dealership since he is the person I contacted about the trade in was absolutely amazing! He quickly listened to my needs and started the process of getting me in a new vehicle. We walked the lot until I found the "perfect" Tahoe. We took it for a test drive, during which Mike spent time discussing the truck, different features and whether these things interested me. During this process, there was a never a time I felt like Mike was trying to just make a sale. He seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for. Once we returned from the test drive, Susan Brown-the finance manager-sat and discussed monthly payments,etc. She was very thorough in every aspect. After Susan should me my options, we completed the deal. Then I was on to Ray Whitlow, Social Media Director. Awesome guy! He was entertaining but very professional as he helped me finalize On-Star and Sirius XM components of the truck. This was my second purchase from Steve Rayman Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership. I have experience with a few Chevrolet dealers and this one is the best by far. Go in and ask for Mike Bell-he is the best!!
