I am having many issues with the truck I purchased at Steve Rayman Chevrolet! The service manager is doing everything he can do to fix the problems but it seems to never be right. This is the second vehicle I have had issues with. Ive owned this truck for 15 days and its spent 7 of those days in or at the dealership. The entire sales staff here is friendly along with the management staff! When it comes to price Steve Rayman Chevrolet is about the same if not a little lower than other Chevy dealerships. If you have credit issues I'm positive they can get you in a vehicle! But the review I'm giving is just based off my experience which is not good at all! To add one of the service advisors is not good with customer service! More

Brett Clark and Steve Rayman Chevrolet were great to work with on my internet purchase. Brett responded quickly to my inquiry and the car was exactly as described, which Awesome it is. When I arrived at Dobbins Air Force Base, Brett had a car waiting at the gate to give me a ride to the dealership, and at the dealership, everything was ready to go and the car was Super Clean and a Full tank of GAS. Brett was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and options. Sean was great about setting up my Bluetooth and touring the new facility. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Steve Rayman Chevrolet, and I highly recommend Brett Clark to anyone considering an internet purchase. 5 Stars More

It is very hard to find great customer service anymore and Tony has really proven that to be wrong because his level of service really impressed me. The salesperson we worked with, Jackie, was not listed above. She was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in picking my new vehicle. The special financing department was exceptional and were diligent in helping me get the financing for my new vehicle and they did everything they could to let me drive out in the exact car that I wanted. Mr. Cobb was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. The finance manager Dan Schian was very nice and he explained my financing very clearly. And last but certainly not least was Mr. Ray Whitlow. His sense of humor was infectious and after spending a few hours at the dealership it was very pleasant. He was also very helpful, explaining all the 'gadgets' and features of my new car. As someone whose credit scores are not stellar at the moment, the Steve Rayman Chevy staff treated me as if I had A+ credit and not as a 2nd class citizen which has been my experience at other dealerships. That alone would be enough for me to return to Steve Rayman for future purchases and to refer others to the dealership. Add this to the fantastic staff and I had a 5 Star experience. Steve Rayman Chevrolet is definitely one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. More
I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Ray (Social media) he was always professional and helpful. Also, Lamar was pretty good. He had times when he slipped as well. I purchase two vehicles at one time from Steve Raymans. The new vehicle (Chevy Cruze) is amazing! Everyone was great and helped with that. The used vehicle I purchased ('10 Compass) had and still has several items that are wrong with it!!! It hurts me so bad as a customer because it has been almost 2 months and noone has truly helped and I am not happy. But the cleanliness of the establishment and the level of sales customer service, one would think that Steve Rayman would want happy, satisfied and repeat customers. I only received a return call from Lamar and Ray to see if I was satistfied. Seems Steve Rayman only cares for his new car deals. The pre-owned just gets stuck with whatever. I guess I have to pay for my own repairs on a new purchased vehicle from a "Well Known Business." P.S. My nephew who lives in the area asked me to recommend him to a dealership. I am extremely apprehensive to refer him there. More
I went to Steve Rayman due to a recommendation from a friend at work. I met with Jim Royeton and he exceeded my expectations in getting me in a new car. My husband and I purchase a vehicle in August 2011. We had a few concerns when we test drove the vehicle and were reassured that they would be fixed before we purchased the vehicle. We were told that we would write them down on a document known as the "We Owe" and things on this document would be addressed. I specifically asked our salesman Brian Jackson what would happen if these problems with the vehicle began again. He told me that we would just need to bring the vehicle back to their service department and they would fix it free of charge. I wanted to make sure I was hearing him correctly so I restated what I heard him say because my husband and I both felt two of the issues with the vehicle could be pricey repairs. He again reassured us not to worry "they would take care of us." It was less than a month later and we had to take the vehicle back in for 2 of the 3 issues they were supposed to have fixed before we drove it off the lot. We had originally contacted them before the 30 days but they couldn't fit us in until it had been 30 days. They then had our car for almost 3 weeks. We let them know that we didn't have another vehicle and asked if they provided rentals. They acted hesitant but then did get us one. It's been 1 year since we originally purchased our vehicle and we're still dealing with a bad rear end noise. We have had it into their service department 4 separate times and they have done the same thing each time. Just recently I called and they told me to bring it on in and they would "get us taken care of." When my husband went to drop it off, Gary McCollum told him they would no longer put anymore money into our vehicle and if they looked at it or did any work on it that it would cost us. He told my husband that it's not their responsibility and it never was. They shouldn't have ever tried fixing it in the first place. I will shout from the hill tops and tell everyone I know about these crooks. They promise you one thing and then go back on their word. We have taken the vehicle to a shop of our choice and they told us the rear end is needing replaced and it's estimated to cost $1,500-$2,000. We don't have that kind of money. Steve Rayman Chevrolet should be paying for this!! I will NEVER suggest this dealership!! They have put a sour taste in our mouths for any dealerships!! More
